its a great budget laptop, the only con I see is the screen

couldnt download google chrome because of s mode followed directions to get out of s mode and found out there were errors updating the computer itself so back it goes DONFT BUY PCS WITH S MODE So I am changing this review I had an uninformed tech who didnt help at all. I was ready to send this back and I looked online factory reset the computer and was able to take it out of s mode but note if you do this you cant up it back

I personally love this laptop, in fact, Im writing this review on this laptop, but thats only because its the right laptop for my needs. This laptop is not for everyone, because I dont believe its all that practical to be used for multimedia purposes, AKA, gaming and streaming, etc. There are specific reasons why I say this, and one of the reasons for that, is yes, just like the other reviewers say, the screen is a bit to be desired.

Never seen a laptop with such a flimsy connector for the power supply. The port itself has been bent inside and literally have had two connectors snap off with very little pressure applied. Worst laptop design Ive ever seen.

After doing some research I decided to go with this Asas Vivobook. I am so glad I purchased this laptop, needed something for my daughter’s online college courses. Easy to set-up and use, also able to use her wireless Bluetooth headphone. love the visual color display. Keyboard feels good and is very responsive. I have a fingerprint scanner for easy access to all password sites. The processor is very fast and there is no delay loading video or web pages. I highly recommend this laptop for similar use.

The only major issue that I keep on having is that I will be trying to open a Zoom meeting and it goes to my home screen and closes all windows. Other than that Im really liking my computer.
