> 3 dayGot this at the start of quarantine and initially loved it. Screen, battery, etc. worked fine but one year later and completely crashed. No issues prior besides an occasional glitchy camera or spotty clicks. Battery died, had geek quad check it out and they basically told me it would cost me more to fix than replace. Disappointed because it was a good product but faulty.

> 3 dayEstéticamente es maravillosa, y muy delgada pero funcionalmente es la peor laptop que he tenido. Desde la primera vez que se usó tuvo problemas de inicio, tarda horas en prender, a veces no prende, una decepción total! Quise devolverla pero sólo tenía garantía de 3 meses!! Lo cual también me parece ridículo. Desafortunadamente comencé a usarla cuando ya habían pasado esos tres meses y no pude darme cuenta antes de la

> 3 dayThis is literally the worst laptop Ive ever owned. It falls asleep on itself just trying to start up. If you want to do anything with it, you pretty much have to wait 10 minutes for it to start up, then anytime you click on something you have to wait another 3 - 5 minutes for it to respond. Ive never experienced a machine that was this slow. I even exchanged it thinking something was wrong, but the replacement machine did the same thing. Im going to get better use out of it using it for target practice. Itll be more enjoyable to use that way

04-06-2025This is the first laptop I ever owned and after two years of using it, I have to say that its ok. There is nothing really to write home about in terms of upsides. The display quality is good (though looking at it from an angle is not a fun experience), and the sound quality is as good. Though its not very powerful, which is to be expected for a laptop of this price, as a result, some games are an absolute chore to play. What doesnt help is the fact that there are very few things to upgrade about it, like RAM or the SSD. Its perfect if you only intend on using it for work or light gaming; but for anything else, just save for a decent desktop. Some things that I personally dislike about it are the location of the charger port and headphone jack; both of which are located on the right side of the laptop which can cause issues if your outlet or headphones have a cord on the left side. (Also, if you buy this, make sure to buy an external hard drive as well. 128 Gigs of storage will be eaten up VERY quickly.)

> 3 dayI knew in purchasing the laptop Id need to make immediate upgrades. I didnt need the best processor as all my work is done online, but do open multiple taps and email all day long. I added 8 gb RAM and 500 gb SSD, which should be plenty for me, so overall $80 in upgrades that add to the cost of the laptop. Still cheaper than a stronger processor laptop that Id pay $100+ more for and still end up upgrading memory and storage. Boot time is lightning fast and so far everything responds as it should during work. Upgrading was super easy. There is a space for an extra hard drive, but no connector or caddy so those will have to be purchased separately, adding on another $20 to the cost. If you have a hard time finding the right connector and caddy to fit, I purchased the https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PDZ4DGF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1, which ended up fitting fine but the screws are loose holding the drive to the caddy and it is only friction holding it in place in the empty hard drive slot. It is a good tight fit so it is fine for my use, which is mostly work at home, very rarely taking my laptop out of the home to work away. Overall I spent around $450 for a decent processor and plenty of memory and storage.
