09-06-2025I first got this computer because I needed one fast, it came with a faulty fan that sounded like it was constantly scraping the inside and could easily be heard from other rooms. SO I returned it and replaced for a new one. The new one came alright, but is still loud as heck! It runs into constant issues and becomes slow quickly. Its served me about 8 months before I decided I neeeeeed an upgrade.

Greater than one weekYou just want to mind your own business and use this laptop right away? Nope. Immediately upon powering on the computer, youll have to go through the mandatory Wifi connection in order to create a very intrusive Microsoft Outlook account that will ask for two email addresses, your name, and DOB. It is impossible to complete the setup process if you dont have access to WiFi and it is not possible to skip any of the these steps. Finally, the description shows that this Laptop comes with Windows 10 but the computer automatically upgrade to Windows 11 during the initial setup. And again, you dont have any other choice.

> 3 dayI needed a new laptop because Microsoft discontinued support for window 7. My Dell was a dinosaur. I got it used and had it almost 6 years. this one starts up instantly. wow. people complain these inexpensive laptops are slow. compared to the old one...heck, no! I have no complaints but then again, my needs are few and simple. also, I did research and this laptop made the top ten for the price. no regrets.
