I first got this computer because I needed one fast, it came with a faulty fan that sounded like it was constantly scraping the inside and could easily be heard from other rooms. SO I returned it and replaced for a new one. The new one came alright, but is still loud as heck! It runs into constant issues and becomes slow quickly. Its served me about 8 months before I decided I neeeeeed an upgrade.

Excelente laptop buena calidad y precio

This is literally the worst laptop Ive ever owned. It falls asleep on itself just trying to start up. If you want to do anything with it, you pretty much have to wait 10 minutes for it to start up, then anytime you click on something you have to wait another 3 - 5 minutes for it to respond. Ive never experienced a machine that was this slow. I even exchanged it thinking something was wrong, but the replacement machine did the same thing. Im going to get better use out of it using it for target practice. Itll be more enjoyable to use that way

A nice budget friendly and basic laptop for average typical needs. Not great for gaming it does not have the power to handle a high end of capabilities but its great for everything else. Easy to install and update. Light and nice material used.

El equipo es excelente por su respuesta a mis expectativas que no son otras que un computador de hogar y para soporte en reuniones y trabajos con procesamiento de texto, hojas de cálculo y cloud computing.

I guess if you dont buy an insurance policy they send you a faulty product on purpose. I never took it out of my room. Only used it to watch videos, search a few web pages, and attempt to play the yousician app. Which only worked once.

Excelente laptop solo un defecto no me vino el cable que es para adaptar otro disco duro me sentí estafado pero en si la maquina super buena

My husbands 15 yr old Lenovo finally died and I wanted to buy him an Acer like I purchased several months ago, but due to the Coronavirus there were very few laptops to choose from...no Acers like mine left! So I bought this thing and it would not even let me set it up. Four times we tried, waiting for a few hours to get it to work.....nothing! I’ve had many, many laptops and computers and never had anything like this, so sent it back next day. I hope no one else gets this one sent to them! I hope my next choice works better

The description clearly states Ergonomic backlit chiclet keyboard with fingerprint sensor activated via Windows hello.Bluetooth 4.1 but the keyboard is not backlit nor is there a fingerprint sensor. I would have never bought this had I known it came without those features.
