Greater than one weekSo, two things to know. This product works great. It has a wonderful way of integrating into your quest 2 system, and comes in handy when the battery is running low. Its also a beautiful design. But... theres a manufacturing defect. Youve likely seen the other posts. They have great customer service, so you can get a replacement. However, you can also fix it! The black piece with the rubber head cradle snaps off with a fair amount of force, giving access to the tiny screw that came loose. A little loctite or epoxy on those threads and you should never have this issue again. Game on!

> 3 dayThe head strap has been working flawlessly since I put it on my Quest 2. Installation was very straightforward and its a major improvement over the head strap thats included with the Quest 2. Battery life is excellent. I usually play on my Quest until the battery warning comes up. However, since putting the battery strap on, Ive quit playing from fatigue long before the battery is drained. All in all, the comfort and battery life is excellent. Only two minor inconveniences Ive had so far and neither is enough to warrant removing a star. 1) Taking off the Quest to see how much battery life is left in the head strap was a hassle in a beginning. But since Ive come to trust how long the battery life is, Ive hardly bothered to check lately. 2) If I could suggest an improvement, it would be to lengthen the top strap a little bit. My wife has a larger than average head circumference and very thick hair. The top strap is only barely long enough to work for her.

> 3 dayThe plastic on the sides is very thin. I picked it up by the battery pack and it literally just snapped in half. It also cracked in another spot at the same time. The Oculus and batty pack is to heavy for the plastic. I’ve only had this for 2 months so it’s not wear and tear. I’m going to contact seller and see what we can do about this. I paid $66 for this and would like to get longer then 2 months use out of it.

> 3 dayGreat product, an elite type of strap is a requirement if youre going to do any serious VR with the Quest 2. Fast forward a few months and the rear adjustment knob came loose and fell off. I can still use it if I manually hold it in place and turn to adjust the tightness but it does not stay attached on its own anymore. I reached out to support through their website form and by emailing them separately twice with no response so far. I will update this review if I hear back from the company. *UPDATE* Zero response from the manufacturer. Based on the other reviews the rear knob design has a design flaw and will eventually fail. Only lasted a few months and for what you pay its not worth it. *UPDATE 2* Support finally responded to me and said they could not find my order number. I provided them a screenshot of my Amazon order a few weeks ago and there has been no follow up from them since. I am reaching out again.

> 3 dayDoesn’t stay charged long at all. Maybe an hour or two. It is however more comfortable than the original oculus headset.

Greater than one weekThis is an awesome headstrap/battery pack. The cup in the back takes some getting used to but other than that its smooth sailing. Ive got quite a big head so thankfully the cord has slack to accomodate this. And it says it will charge them both at the same time but Ive tried and the quest was taking forever. So I just do them seperately each time. Very good for extended playtime or kicking back on youtube or watching 3d movies on bigscreen. If you want a great battery pack for a good price this is it.

> 3 dayI bought this for my Oculus Quest 2 since the battery doesn’t last long. It arrived pretty quick but when I charged it, it didn’t hold a charge so I contacted Amazon and they helped me chat with a rep and the replacement was sent right away. I was amazed on how they handle the issue. Great product and service!

> 3 dayWorked amazing for a bit, however the twist component somehow broke on the inside and now its extremely loose and falls out with movement of my head; so now I must put it in my pocket during gaming and reattach it when I want to get the headset off. What an inconvenience ( ._.)

> 3 day***UPDATE: Just wanted to come back and say it’s now been about 2 months and I’m still lovin it! Still going strong! No wear and tear, no shoddy construction, no regrets! Also I’m a hardcore daily user so I’m definitely putting it through its paces. HappyHappyHappy I did about 40 minutes of research before finally deciding on this battery strap. I’ve been using it everyday for about 2 weeks now and I can say I am VERY happy with the purchase! In my research, the Meta strap seems to break on a lot of people. I didn’t want to spend $100 on something just for it to break and have to deal with the horrendous oculus customer service. This one is obviously a knockoff version of that but waaay less cost. The specs are also a little better. Battery life is advertised as boosted to 6 hours. I haven’t set a timer, but I can definitively say if it’s not 6 hours it’s close enough to where it’s not noticeable. A few nights ago we had people over, had a few adult beverages and played. I estimated we started about 5 pm and the headset died about 1030pm. Not to mention we were having a good ol time so we probably weren’t the most careful or gentle when passing the headset back and forth, removing and putting on etc etc and the strap stood up better than expected. Went to a family gathering last night and one of the kids brought his oculus with the elite strap so I checked it out compared to mine. I’ll tell you this.. if the meta elite and the aubika were side by side I’d pick the aubika just on the eye test alone. Seems a lot sturdier. Easy installation, sturdy hard plastic material and a dial in back to loosen/tighten. Very comfortable on the back of the head with the sturdy rubber “head cup” I guess you could call it haha, huuuuge upgrade from the stock strap. Long story short, this is proof there’s other options out there besides the Meta elite, Bobo and kiwi. I feel like I found a hidden gem with the Aubika. 40% cheaper than the Meta with longer battery life and made from sturdier material. Don’t call it a knock off because it’s actually better than what they’re imitating if you ask me. You will not regret this purchase and you can talk smack to the people who spend more money on lower quality hahaha A+ product for this guy.

> 3 dayI really love this battery pack, its helped balance out the weight of the VR set from front and back. The adjustable dial also has helped me get a more comfortable fit on my head. The only quirk is that the charging cable will often need unplugging and replugging in to start charging the headset, something I have to keep an eye on otherwise my headset might be draining battery while theres still power in the battery. I dont know if this is an oculus issue or the battery issue. But its why I had to knock off a star, otherwise it works really great!
