The camera is very responsive, I am thinking of adding more in the future for our church.

I purchased the AVKANS PTZ 30X for board and staff meetings at my job. It is truly a game changer! Smooth PTZ, a variety of connections, easy to set up and easy to use. I use the AVKANS joystick to control the camera over my network -- and setup and discovery was so easy. Ive already purchased a second AVKANS camera to add to my setup. Price is great too -- and the camera is just as good as the one I paid 5 times for in our conference room, but this one is portable! I am recommending that our church purchase this set up for our livestreaming. Very happy with this purchase!

I had this camera for work but was unable to use it for a ZoomRoom. This camera is great and works as advertised, but we were unable to use it as intended because it does not support PTZ over USB. Our ultimate goal was to use the camera in a ZoomRoom, but we were unable to control the camera from the rooms iPad controller because the camera did not support PTZ over USB. However, this is an excellent low-cost PTZ camera with very good zoom!

This is a great little camera that makes it a snap to set up and stream or conference. I have installed several Avkans cameras and every time its easy quick and easy if I ever need help or a quick answer, they are there with help. The image on these is nice and sharp, they easily feed into equipment with multiple connections and controls. I did a courthouse setup, but they would great for a church or meeting room as well.

Difficult set up instructions not so clear.

The camera is solid and NDI and video connections worked righ out of the box, but network integration through The AVKANS CMS software (windows only) found the camera but could not control. A call to support helped to solve this and this support is key to what makes my experience so entirely positive. Highly recommended.

As we all know customer support is a hit or miss thing. Most companies couldnt care less about you and a tech issue you are having. To my surprise, AVKANS is unlike them. Very good support. Had an issue the other day and sent an email to their support center. Within an hour I received a reply, setup a Teamviewer session, and had the solution that fixed the problem. All from halfway around the world!! I cant get a local support person from another company to help me from their center 5 miles away!! Based on this level of support, I would have to recommend AVKANS to everyone. The picture is great, the zoom is fantastic, and the tracking capability is beyond belief. Add to that the support level, you cant beat it.

For my business that I both Zoom and lecture, I bought this auto tracking Avkans camera. I got it and had it up and running for my Zooms using USB cable, in 15 minutes. Then today, I connected a HDMI cable to the camera and to my ATEM Mini Pro. Worked perfect again. Full control of video in Menu on remote control. Set it to 1080p using the micro dip switches on the camera. Used the remote to both set presets and auto track. Read the instructions, and its actually quite easy to get up and running! And the camera performs as advertised! Thanks Avkans!

Nice little ptz camera for my small church and excellent customer support.

I have been using many different cameras in the past, but this one is the best so far. I use this camera to stream to Zoom using OBS, and the main reason I decided to buy this is because you can use OBS to stream to different platforms. Recommend 10/10. And on top of all that the tech support is amazing, amazing response time.
