Im a media director and I recommended this PTZ camera for one of our churches. I must say we are super excited about this product, its great by all standards. The response from the customer service team was swift and you can tell they are excited to help.

Si quiere sacarle el máximo provecho a la cámara tiene que comprar el control PTZ Avkans, yo compré uno más económico y no tengo la función de velocidad de zoom y velocidad del pan y tilt ya que según el soporte técnico de Avkans el control que compré es para cámaras de seguridad.

As we all know customer support is a hit or miss thing. Most companies couldnt care less about you and a tech issue you are having. To my surprise, AVKANS is unlike them. Very good support. Had an issue the other day and sent an email to their support center. Within an hour I received a reply, setup a Teamviewer session, and had the solution that fixed the problem. All from halfway around the world!! I cant get a local support person from another company to help me from their center 5 miles away!! Based on this level of support, I would have to recommend AVKANS to everyone. The picture is great, the zoom is fantastic, and the tracking capability is beyond belief. Add to that the support level, you cant beat it.

Support was very responsive and was was to resolve the problem we were having quickly.

I have three AVKANS Cameras, the 20x SDA, 30x SDI and AutoTracking. They are all amazing for the price. The 20x and 30x have worked flawlessly for over a year and the AutoTracking looks great in my testing. I replace Canon G50s which had slightly better optics, but these are good enough for our church service and having a true IP PTZ camera is much nicer.

Lens zoom is excellent for the small church. The PTZ function is near silent. Using with a joystick set to slowest speed, you can see steps when panning. The autofocus sometimes freaks out but not often. We usually click the joystick manual focus button to prevent that from happening. Using HDMI output to an ATEM simultaneously an ethernet connection to joystick with a display. Configuration was no too terribly difficult, but the instruction booklet was wonky and not exactly correct. We are powering this camera with a POE switch to reduce cable count. Overall, we are very satisfied with this camera.

I do the streaming for my church. This is just what I have been looking for. It fits the bill in just about every way. Will soon be purchasing more.I had questions and could not believe how fast they responded. George

To start, let me be clear, I didnt need tech support because of the cameras. It was a self inflicted wound. I attempted to reset cameras to default, but once I did it I could no longer access camera. I was in the middle of a production and could not afford to not have 1 of 2 cameras connecting. I sent an email to Avkans and received a reply Friday evening asking if they could connect via TeamView. I provided access and within an hour Jenny had be back up and running and provided a firmware update. The important things to me were: 1. Amazing fast response 2. Provided support to a camera that was out of warranty To me, this company and this person epitomizes what support should be about and what companies should be! Thank you Jenny and Akvans!! Give her a big raise!

After initial issues with the camera gearing it working with OBS, after upgrade to v3 and v5 respectively everything works fine! Great Image Quality! And easy operation via OBS and PTZOptics plugin.

We are utilizing this camera in our church for the Auto Tracking feature. It is working very well for our application! The setup was simple. The downfall for us we operate on an all MAC system so we can’t fully access the windows based programs which would make it even easier for programming. The customer support has been absolutely INCREDIBLE! We are thrilled with all this camera offers and would recommend it, and even will purchase another!
