After initial issues with the camera gearing it working with OBS, after upgrade to v3 and v5 respectively everything works fine! Great Image Quality! And easy operation via OBS and PTZOptics plugin.

AI Tracking works very good and the camera replaced me having to do all the manual work.

Beautiful image with an optical zoom. We set it up to 2 of these cameras on the AVKANS ptz controller via a POE networking switch connected to our Atem Mini Pro. Initially we could not connect the controller to the camera, we sent an email to the support email and had a response in a few minutes. Set the controller to DHCP mode. Then press Inquiry key Then enter the IP address of the camera Choose VISCA IP protocol Then enter the VISCA port as 1259. They Support is quick to respond and very pleasant.

I purchased the AVKANS PTZ 30X for board and staff meetings at my job. It is truly a game changer! Smooth PTZ, a variety of connections, easy to set up and easy to use. I use the AVKANS joystick to control the camera over my network -- and setup and discovery was so easy. Ive already purchased a second AVKANS camera to add to my setup. Price is great too -- and the camera is just as good as the one I paid 5 times for in our conference room, but this one is portable! I am recommending that our church purchase this set up for our livestreaming. Very happy with this purchase!

This is my 3rd AVKANS camera. The first 2 were the X20 and X30 models. When I saw that this camera had a tracking feature, I had to try it out. I use these cameras in a classroom environment for a local museum. Previously I would use a PTX controller to manually move the camera around. which was difficult to stay on top of when you are busy with other tasks. The first time out I set the tracking on the speaker, and it stayed with them the whole 3-hour presentation. This allowed me to focus on running the slides and even adding some picture in a picture footage to the final product. In addition to the tracking, the major pluses are the built-in NDI and power over Ethernet. This allows me to operate the camera from over 50 away with a single cable. For those of you interested, my setup consists of the following Black Magic Design ATEM Pro switched PTX Optics Superjoy Net Gear Switch with PoE AVKAM X30 Camera AVKAM X20 Camera And the auto tracking AVKAM camera. By using multiple cameras I can use the X20 and X30 for focusing on members of the audience when they are asking questions and the auto tracking to follow the instructor. It took a little while to configure the new camera to the SuperJoy, but AVKAMs support offered great assistance via email and within 24 hours on a weekend had a working solution.

Ill admit, Im not up to date with technology, especially entering a new world of PTZ cameras and video production. I had a couple user friendly issues at first, but customer service went above and beyond to help me. I would bet money that no other company would assist you with their products better than AVKANS. Im a customer for life. Perfect for churches, Im personally using it for a professional wrestling production. Can we talk about how much money this thing is going to save me on having to hire another camera person? Also, the PTZ motor in it is extremely quiet. No vibration when in use. I am planning to buy another one soon.

We bought three of these to upgrade our churchs Livestream. They are well-built and easy to control. The multiple simultaneous outputs are nice as they allow flexibility in having a multiview preview independent of our program feeds. I have used more expensive competitors, and these work just as well for our needs.

A major university wants to use our classroom for remote classroom instruction. I have been tasked with researching, testing, and configuring our classroom for that purpose. I purchased the AVKANS 20X NDI Auto Tracking PTZ Camera. My area of responsibility is network administration, this is my first deep dive into telecommunications. Being unfamiliar with the camera I emailed Avkans support with questions. They responded almost immediately. We exchanged several emails when they offered to remote in and help configure the camera. Im in Pennsylvania, US, Avkans support is in China, a 12 hour time differential. They accommodated my schedule, which is unheard of in the tech support field. They have gone above and beyond my expectations. Technical support is extremely important to me and bad support will keep me from buying a product. I would have to rate Avkans support among the best, if not the best, tech support that I have encountered. I dont know how many more cameras I will need but if I do I will be buying Avkans cameras.

For my business that I both Zoom and lecture, I bought this auto tracking Avkans camera. I got it and had it up and running for my Zooms using USB cable, in 15 minutes. Then today, I connected a HDMI cable to the camera and to my ATEM Mini Pro. Worked perfect again. Full control of video in Menu on remote control. Set it to 1080p using the micro dip switches on the camera. Used the remote to both set presets and auto track. Read the instructions, and its actually quite easy to get up and running! And the camera performs as advertised! Thanks Avkans!
