Got this for our toddler for Christmas and it was a hit. Santa was able to assemble bike with no problem. We were considering purchasing the other leading but double the priced balance bike because who doesnt want the best for their kids...but thriftiness won. So glad it did. It has been played in sunshine and snow and it fairing up well. While not being played, kept snugly in the garage. The adorable name Banana Bike is well adorable too. Love the lime color. Was a little skeptical of the wheels because they are plastic not traditional rubber...but have been pleased with the durability. It is a plus that we dont have to keep the tires inflated. We looked at balance bikes with real bike tires and saw numerous complaints of the difficulty of keeping the tires inflated because they are small. Happy we dodged that bee hive. Very happy with this purchase.

The push bike is of a good quality. My son loves to ride it. I got it for his 2 year old birthday, but he could have used it a bit earlier. He was on short side, but the saddles went pretty low, so it was perfect for a short legged kid. I contemplated weather or not I should get one with break, which would have costed a lot more. I now believe the break is not necessary, unless you are going down a steep hill, which is probably unsafe for 2-3 year old anyway. He learn to stop himself with his legs quickly.

Bought for my son 3rd bday. He was able to navigate it right away. He loves it!

Was extremely excited to gift this to my 2yr old for his birthday and when I went to assemble it I found I was missing the domed bearing which is an essential part. Both my husband and I have tried contacting Banana Bike via their online form about a month ago and we still haven’t heard back from them about replacing the missing part. I am super bummed that I spent money on a product that I cannot even put together and also that we were unable to gift our kid their “big” present for their birthday. ☹️

I think this is probably the perfect choice for a balance bike. The design is very close to the Strider, for considerably less. Assembly was easy, the banana shape is nice, and the bike is very light. It is perfectly sized for my three-year-old, and she loves the color (pink). Others have complained about the Strider not having a real bearing in the headset and that as a result steering feels gritty, and I would say that is true of this bike as well. Steering is easy in spite of this, and given that this product is a stepping stone used for a relatively short time, I would call the design good enough. My only complaint is the axles. They are too small in diameter for the holes in the wheels, and therefore the bearings in the wheels arent engaged as they should be. Again, this is good enough for a small child to push around, but I think it wouldnt be much effort/cost to use a properly-sized axle instead. Bottom line, for the cost and intended use, I think this is an excellent choice.

My kid LOVES this bike. Hes developing lots of balance and mobility with this. I will have such an easier time of transitioning him over to a regular bike because of this. I can see him run along and then pick his feet up to balance already.

My son loves the bike but the nut on the back tire won’t stay on. We replaced it with a lock but hopefully that will work

My son absolutely loves his “bike-o” as he calls it. We got it for his second birthday. I think the earliest I’d recommend a balance bike is age 1.5 because of basic understanding of what a bike does is around then. This bike was a lot lower to the ground than I expected but it hasn’t caused an issue. The only thing about this bike that sucked was that before he even had a chance to ride it the seat ripped. We weren’t even doing anything to do it and it ripped. But we put some black electric tape over it so no biggie. I’d buy again. I including some pictures of it next to a measuring tape.

The first one I ordered got lost by UPS. The replacement shipped fine and works great.
