> 3 dayI was very committed to the idea of my son having a balance bike to help him learn how to ride a bike. We bought this in May of 2020 (when he was 2.5 years old) and while it did take him some time to warm up to it (he has lots of other modes of transportation that were not as challenging) by January 2021 it was a favorite of his. And now I am happy to report that he can fully ride a pedal bike without any assistance. AND HE NEVER USED TRAINING WHEELS! I fully credit this bike for this. It is lightweight, durable, and easy to maneuver. He built up his confidence and he can go damn fast on it.

> 3 dayMy daughter had one of these bikes and her and her brother would constantly fight over it. Bought another one and they go riding together around the yard! Very easy to assemble in about 5 min, and everything is adjustable so it can last them a few years. Very happy with this purchase. Half the price of other name brands and it’s the exact same thing.

> 3 dayI think this is probably the perfect choice for a balance bike. The design is very close to the Strider, for considerably less. Assembly was easy, the banana shape is nice, and the bike is very light. It is perfectly sized for my three-year-old, and she loves the color (pink). Others have complained about the Strider not having a real bearing in the headset and that as a result steering feels gritty, and I would say that is true of this bike as well. Steering is easy in spite of this, and given that this product is a stepping stone used for a relatively short time, I would call the design good enough. My only complaint is the axles. They are too small in diameter for the holes in the wheels, and therefore the bearings in the wheels arent engaged as they should be. Again, this is good enough for a small child to push around, but I think it wouldnt be much effort/cost to use a properly-sized axle instead. Bottom line, for the cost and intended use, I think this is an excellent choice.

Greater than one weekHard to beat for the price. Our 24mo old son is just barely able to walk it around with the seat at the bottom-most position. Went back and forth between the rubber vs foam tires and eventually settled on the foam given the short duration the balance bike should be used for and the hassle of digging out a pump whenever a tire is low.

Greater than one weekMy 3yr old loves this bike! He is gaining confidence each day and has really learned to balance. Happy we can skip training wheels. Best purchase, we get so many compliments when out

> 3 dayWe bought this product for our 2 yr old son at Christmas... he rode it with ease indoors until weather permitted outdoor use. It has been amazing to watch him on it - he even keeps up with his older siblings in our cove. As he becomes more comfortable, I have actually noticed him lifting his feet slightly and coasting as he learns to balance. He might just learn to ride with pedals sooner than his siblings. On another note, their customer service is awesome! My son had bike day at school and his teachers loved it so much they wondered about having a few for the preschool. We surprised them with three new bikes that each of our children took into them. One of them had a little trouble with a nut that wouldnt stay on, so I immediately reached out to the company asking for an exchange. Instead, the promptly sent a replacement free of charge that arrived within two days. I love this company for the product itself, but now I know the customer service is just as great!

> 3 dayIf youre like me and this is the 20th bike youve looked at and the 10th time youve pulled *this* one up, pull the trigger right now. The high end balance bikes run $75-100, and the other end at $30-45 is junk or way too small. At $60 this is right in the middle and is a great product. The frame is solid but lightweight. The wheels dont need air which is great; my boy (3yo) goes off curbs and runs over sticks and the wheels stay solid. The screws and bolts need tightening every so often (just like any bike ever) but its easy, just keep the tools that come with the bike which is all you need for assembly. My boy was awkward once or twice but was crusing along in no time and we have ridden every day that allows since I bought it a month ago. Great product keep it up!!

Not happy
> 3 dayThe box did not have any external damage from shipping. Purchased for a B-day and it was not rideable. Both wheels were warped out of the box. Thought were were getting a nicer one, should have bought the Walmart strider. Now making a late night run to Walmart so I have a present for my daughters birthday tomorrow. :( Wheels are plastic not aluminum.

> 3 dayWe absolutely LOVE it!! The adjustable height makes it perfect for either my 2yr old or my 4yr old to ride around on. Its built very sturdy, my youngest is a walking disaster and even she cant do any damage to this thing. The metal parts are solid enough to not bend or dent, and the plastic is thick enough its virtually impossible to break. Despite the durability, its also lightweight. Littlest has tipped it a couple times (dont worry, with helmet and pads on) and it doesnt cause any injuries from the bike falling onto legs. It was pretty easy to put together, with one exception...and this is not called out anywhere on the instructions, or pictured, so it wasnt blatantly obvious to us...TAKE THE BLACK PLASTIC OFF THE BOTTOM OF THE HANDLEBARS!!! Its not needed, just a protective shield for the metal point. All the directions said was to slide the handlebars into the base, no picture of the bottom of the handlebars, and it took us an embarrassingly long time to figure it out, we kept trying to make it fit as-is.
