> 3 dayI bought this monitor for my desktop and so far I am very impressed. I do some gaming mainly rpgs and strategy this monitor excells at being one of the best all around monitors in terms of watching videos, productivity, and gaming that I have used in a long while. I am a computer professional who has used dozens of different brand monitors over the years and this one ranks near the top of my favorites. The only downsides I can mention would be hard to get to connections and if you are into flashy design you are going to be disappointed. The only people who shouldnt look to buy this monitor is hard-core gamers (5 ms) who want as near or under 1 ms response time.

> 3 dayArrived with a pixel stuck red. It the problem doesn’t resolve on its own soon I will try to get it replaced and update the review. Also packaging seemed mostly fine but there was a scuff in the plastic on the back of the monitor. Decently deep to so maybe I got a refurbished one somehow? Edit: just got my new replacement, no dead pixels are damage, just the volume knob could be nicer compared to the last one.

Greater than one weekThis monitor is a solid monitor. Highly recommend for next gen gaming. I use it for my PS5, and love the fact that it has 1440p. The PS5 runs games at 4K and the monitor forces it down to 1440p (although PS5 does not support it). Crystal clear at 120hz and 1080p. No regrets on this purchase, speakers are awesome as well. Well done BenQ, never fails to impress me.

Greater than one weekThis monitor works very well for gaming. The HDR switches on automatically and looks nice. The only issue I had with image quality is that the bottom of the screen looks yellow compared to the top which looks blue. It is a subtle effect but very distracting when reading text documents. Since your eye is always going up and down over the page (to compare sentences etc.) the screen never looks properly white. Aside from this issue, the color quality is great. Beware that the stand is completely non-adjustable. I had to prop some books underneath it to get it to the right height. I ended up sending mine back because the color temperature issue made it too hard to review documents.

> 3 dayThis is such a sleeper hit of a monitor at $400. It’s better than comparable to the LG at $500. The backlighting is nice and consistent throughout my panel and the contrast is perfect for my gaming and multimedia needs. I’m sure there are better monitors, but for the money this has to be the best!

> 3 dayExcellent well rounded 1440p 144hz ips gaming panel! Crystal clear display... No bleeding or backlight problems... all pixels are perfect... Excellent response time... HDRi is emulated... not true HDR as the monitor lacks proper amount of nits for true hdr... but the emulated HDRi definitely gives a nice boost overall! The remote control makes this monitor extremely user friendly, ironically many may not even need as the moniter menu buttons and the volume knob are extremely user friendly as well. This is a good monitor! Stand may look on the cheaper side however has been very durable... Cannot be tilted too much...but it gets the job done.

> 3 dayVery happy with this monitor. The picture quality is incredible. No dead pixels or anything of the sort. Speakers arent bad either for a monitor. This is third BenQ monitor and they have consistently impressed me with their product quality. Would highly recommend.

> 3 dayThis is my first 1440p monitor, so I dont have anything else to compare to. But so far Im very pleased with it. The picture is crystal clear and sharp (the jump from 1080p was immediately apparent), colors look nice, tested the backlight bleed / glow with a fully black image and found it to be quite minimal and acceptable to my standards (unlike the AOC 27G2 I just bought and am about to return). In terms of ergonomics, its true that its bizarrely lacking in that there is no height adjustment whatsoever. But Im lucky that on my monitor stand on my desk it sits at a perfect height. The HDRi I would say looks okay in certain games, I even had it on for a while playing Monster Hunter World, but in the end found it just a little too saturated / colorful for my taste. I wouldnt consider that a reason for getting this monitor. I am pleasantly surprised about the speakers. Its good enough that I actually just got rid of my $20 desk speakers to clear up the clutter and wires on my desk, and will go on with just the speaker monitors for when Im not using my headphones. Last but not least, I thought I wouldnt care about the remote that comes with it, but honestly its very handy and now whenever I think about changing monitor settings by clicking buttons on the monitor it sounds primitive and like a pain in the ass. I even use it to turn the monitor off and on. Worth the money, IMO.

> 3 daySo I ended up getting a second one Bc it looked so good and I needed second one for programming. Pros: 144hz Good color details Good over all size not to big or small Cons: -Speakers have a little to much base in opinion (can be fixed with pc EQ - stand is a little too low for gaming since I play some what close to screen (you can get arm stand)
