> 24 hourThis has a better taste and flavor than most of the powders on the market. Not too happy about the maltodextrin in it. That stuff is terrible for our bodies. Seems to have a good protein content. However the price is outrageous. Way expensive. Seems the company could bring the price down to a normal rage with other products on the market.

> 24 hourI, like many others, can be skeptical when I pay a higher price for a premium brand over a lesser expensive smaller brand given that a lot of premium brand businesses promise their product provides different things to make their product superior to a cheaper brand and fail to deliver om that promise. This is one example where the premium brand lives up to the hype and is actually worth your money. Now if you do not keep a somewhat consistent workout schedule, then yeah the protein powder is not going to work magic on its own so I only recommend buying this to those that are disciplined enough to stay on their workout routine while using the protein powder as a supplement. I have bought many different brands over the years from gyms, Costco, etc. There were two common problems I and many others run into - the shake tastes like chalk or the shake does not seem to have a significant impact on helping get your gains. This powder was different as I drank one shake about 5 out of 7 days a week and started to see myself getting gains in about week 3 of use. I use a blender to make my shakes and I never can complain about the taste (I use the chocolate flavor). I usually add a little bit of peanut butter in addition to using milk for the liquid, so I cant speak for those using water or those who just shake the powder in a bottle. I have honestly never looked back on my brand for protein powder and I have met yearly goals that I dont know if I would have met using a different protein powder brand. This is worth your money.

> 24 hourThis protein supplement is a good reason why searching under “average customer review” is a good idea. This is the only good tasting protein mix. I’ve hated all the others I’ve tried and would just quit drinking them because they were gross. Eventually just started trying to hide unflavored mix in my smoothies which messes up the consistency. Anyway, buy this. It’s amazing. And pro tip: Instead of water, if you like coffee, just use cold, leftover coffee instead of water and a couple ice cubes. It’s almost a Starbucks iced mocha.

> 24 hourI have gotten more dairy sensitive as I age and even this one didnt pass that test for me, unfortunately. I will say, this is the best tasting protein powder Ive ever had. Not chalky or overly sweet. It tasted like natural vanilla.

> 24 hourLet me start by saying Im in no way a fitness guru. I use this protein powder to help lose weight and to build a little muscle at the same time. I had previously used EAS advantedge, which was discontinued. This protein powder is so much better. Its easy to mix with a blender bottle, it tastes amazing, and it works great. I feel so full when i drink it. I use a scoop and a half in 12 ounces of water. I experience no bloating, or other side effects. This stuff is the real deal. I even brought some to work to let everyone try and got several coworkers to switch to this powder. I now own every flavor and rotate the flavors. My personal favorite is cookies and cream. If you are looking for a new protein powder, definitely give this one a try, you wont regret it.

> 24 hourI started going to the gym regularly after 12 years of eating horribly and having a child, so I willingly bought supplements from my gym. The only flavor I really liked from them was chocolate peanut butter, and I was running out after a month. I tried their vanilla, and it was bland and quite disgusting. I researched for hours for a decent vanilla flavor since I cut back on desserts significantly, and I’ll admit, I wanted my protein shakes to be a treat but also be good for me. I compared UMP to ON, Ka’Chava, Orgain, Transparent Labs, etc. I finally decided to give it a go, and read great reviews on Rocky Road (far from basic vanilla). Hands down, it is the best in quality, viscosity, and flavor! It’s chocolatey with marshmallow notes, and it keeps me full for a few hours. I’m not bloated whatsoever, and my stomach doesn’t feel gross after drinking it. I actually look forward to working out and having it post/for breakfast. For anyone looking for a shake that genuinely tastes like a treat along with the benefits, I highly recommend UMP. I was skeptical at first because of price, but I’ll be only using this brand now!
