Let me start by saying Im in no way a fitness guru. I use this protein powder to help lose weight and to build a little muscle at the same time. I had previously used EAS advantedge, which was discontinued. This protein powder is so much better. Its easy to mix with a blender bottle, it tastes amazing, and it works great. I feel so full when i drink it. I use a scoop and a half in 12 ounces of water. I experience no bloating, or other side effects. This stuff is the real deal. I even brought some to work to let everyone try and got several coworkers to switch to this powder. I now own every flavor and rotate the flavors. My personal favorite is cookies and cream. If you are looking for a new protein powder, definitely give this one a try, you wont regret it.

UMP has consistently been my favorite tasting protein powder. You can’t go wrong - plus the nutrition is one of the best when you compare cals, fats, carbs & sugars. I recently got this for my husband (my fav flavors are chocolate and/or vanilla; cookies-n-cream I don’t love but he wanted to try it and *does* love it) and now this will likely be our core protein for pre/post workouts, smoothies, shakes, etc. it’s good with water & ice, blended, with almond milk & fruit, for protein pancakes, etc. enjoy!

Angel food flavor is great. This protein powder doesnt have a nasty after taste that many others have.

I am very active and workout several days a week. Ive been taking this shake each morning and as a supplement for almost 7 years now. I love the flavor and consistency. The price is a bit high, but it comes fast!

I was so ready for this protein powder to be like all of the others but it has far surpassed my expectations. I have tried SO MANY brands and had disappointing reactions. ALL of them leave my tummy with bubbles the whole rest of the day and the flavors are never great. This is the ONLY one Ive ever had that doesnt have an impact on my tummy.........at all! Ive now finished and reordered chocolate and vanilla a couple of times. My teens actually like it too! Ive made protein pudding with it and I can never keep it in the fridge. The eat it as fast as I make it! Like everyone else has said, it blends really well (not grainy), tastes great and is easy to digest! This brand is a keeper! Cant wait to try my next flavor.
