> 3 dayI LOVE this protein powder!!! I’ve never been a fan of protein powder bc it all leaves a chalky taste in my mouth and this product doesn’t do that. Not only that but it tastes so GOOD!! Highly recommend this for anyone trying to like protein and struggling to find a brand they like.

> 3 dayUMP is the best protein powder we have tried! Even the picky kiddos love it! Their customer service is also amazing. We have tried the strawberry, vanilla and angel food cake and all have been super tasty! We throw in smoothies, I’ve mixed with almond milk to put in my coffee, and add to flavored water. Doesn’t leave chunks or that nasty aftertaste other brands do.

> 3 dayI started going to the gym regularly after 12 years of eating horribly and having a child, so I willingly bought supplements from my gym. The only flavor I really liked from them was chocolate peanut butter, and I was running out after a month. I tried their vanilla, and it was bland and quite disgusting. I researched for hours for a decent vanilla flavor since I cut back on desserts significantly, and I’ll admit, I wanted my protein shakes to be a treat but also be good for me. I compared UMP to ON, Ka’Chava, Orgain, Transparent Labs, etc. I finally decided to give it a go, and read great reviews on Rocky Road (far from basic vanilla). Hands down, it is the best in quality, viscosity, and flavor! It’s chocolatey with marshmallow notes, and it keeps me full for a few hours. I’m not bloated whatsoever, and my stomach doesn’t feel gross after drinking it. I actually look forward to working out and having it post/for breakfast. For anyone looking for a shake that genuinely tastes like a treat along with the benefits, I highly recommend UMP. I was skeptical at first because of price, but I’ll be only using this brand now!

> 3 daySo Ive tried TONS of protein powders...you name it, Ive probably tried it (Optimum, BSN, Chocorite, wonderslim, EAS, designer, aria...you get the idea). Of course there are different types and this one is an 80:20 blend of cassein:whey, but let me tell you the taste is AMAZING!!! I usually never like vanilla protein, but this stuff is great. I was looking at protein shake recipes on youtube and came across a video and this is what the lady used in some mocha peanut butter shake and when she tasted it she made it seem like it was the best thing she ever ate - you know, like how Rachel Ray does mmmm, mmmm, MMMMM, ooohhh this is yuumm-o lol! I was thinking I know its not that good! But of course I had to try it, and so glad I did! I love to have a protein shake for breakfast to help with weightloss. I was using just Optimum Nutrition whey, but of course since it is digested quickly, Im hungry again in an hour, even with 2 scoops. So now this is how I make my shake: -Fill a 28 oz. blender bottle with about 4 oz. water -Add 1 scoop UMP vanilla, and 1 scoop Optimum Double Rich chocolate -Add a spoonfull of instant folgers decaf coffee (sometimes I use caffeinated instant, but trying to cut back on caffeine or if I take a preworkout that already has caffeine in it I definitely use decaf). -Add a capful of sugarfree vanilla syrup (I use torani cause thats what they sell at Wally World) -Then, fill to the top with unsweetened vanilla almond milk, shake, let it sit for a couple minutes to let the coffee dissolve, then shake again...voila! Doesnt even taste like a protein shake. I have this every morning and sometimes during the day to get some extra protein or if Im hungry and want something quick and filling. It tastes delicious and keeps me full for at least 3 hours. My husband says all protein powders are nasty, well he made a shake with this in just water one day and told me, hey, that UMP stuff aint bad, translation, its the bomb dot com! A little pricey, but worth it and since I mix it with Optimum it lasts longer (not that Optimum is much cheaper). Amazon has a good price on it and its even better with subscribe & save or if you shop at Netrition.com its $36.49 there if you have some other things to get you can snap some of this up too...highly recommended!

08-06-2025This has a better taste and flavor than most of the powders on the market. Not too happy about the maltodextrin in it. That stuff is terrible for our bodies. Seems to have a good protein content. However the price is outrageous. Way expensive. Seems the company could bring the price down to a normal rage with other products on the market.
