Cookies and Cream purchased. One of the best tasting without a lot of sugar I’ve had in what has been 9 yrs of lifting and using protein powder. I’ll be trying other flavors too. Very glad I gave this a try!!!!

So any Beverly product is great, but UMP is the best. Im on a quest to earn my IFBB card in bikini, and with UMP, you cant go wrong. The quality is FAR superior to some of the larger, more pharmaceutical brands, as well as the lesser known brands. The people who produce UMP are bodybuilders themselves, and they know how much hard work goes into developing lean muscle. The way I see it is, it isnt worth it to do all of that work in gym only to lose muscle gains or develop mediocre gains by using a sub-par product... With UMP I can immediately tell the difference in my muscle pump, hardness, and development. This is especially noticeable when Ive run out of UMP and have had to resort to using lesser quality powders. Im also able to gain muscle in shorter periods of time, and still maintain (or decrease) my body fat percentage as needed. I LOVE the Cookies & Cream UMP (the negative with Cookies is that it has HFCS), but the chocolate is pretty tasty too (and there is no HFCS); it tastes like a brownie. I mix mine with water or liquid egg whites and drink it that way; the taste is pretty great, especially when youre on a prep diet and craving sweets. With the egg whites its like a DIY Muscle Egg (especially when you add a drop or two of Lorann Culinary Oil)!

I’ve been using this Protein Powder for 5yrs now. It’s the only protein powder I use, I cannot switch to a different brand because it’s just absolutely delicious and doesn’t leave that gross protein after taste in my mouth lol. It also digest very well and doesn’t leave me bloated. I’ve tried the Vanilla, Cookies & Cream, and Graham Cracker flavors and they’re all delicious. But my favorite of all time is the Angel Food Cake! It’s airy, fluffy, and just deliciously sweet. It’s not overly sweet, it’s the perfect amount of sweetness to curb my sweet tooth. I love it so much!

UMP protein powder is hands down the best tasting brand out there. I will not use anything else. All of the flavors are delicious.

i ordered the graham cracker flavor & holy cow guys. this stuff tastes so good i drink my protein shakes as dessert. it’s so good with just water or throw in a couple frozen strawberries & blend down for a strawberry short cake shake. i put this stuff in oatmeal too , seriously can’t get enough. i wish i could drink it for all meals

Bought the cookies and cream flavor and love it. Cannot think of a single con for this product. Have tried multiple different protein powders over the years and this is the only one I will stick with. Can’t wait to try the other flavors.
