> 3 dayLove this stuff. I actually emailed the company and asked them if it was gluten free since gluten is an issue for me. They said no gluten in it. The maltodextrin was the focus question and it is not a gluten base in anyway. They are aware of the gluten issues and the need for something well made and effective. I will add that I take their liver pills, their digestive enzymes, Lean Out, Keto, ahd the daily multiple, FitTabs. UMP has milk proteins in it so do NOT mix the liver pills (dissolved that is) into it as calcium kills the effective of iron. So if you use their liver tabs, do so without the UMP and take the UMP alone. Wonderful stuff, dissolves easily, and tastes great. It is a great pick me up for workouts before or after and helps you sleep really well. I think as you use it more you find out why it works so well. This particular UMP has more potassium than the others as I checked it. Oh please note that their cookies and cream UMP is gluten due to the addition of the cookies and cream addition. I have some degree of milk and gluten intolerance and this particular one with the extra potassium works fine for me, no problems with the dairy in it. I will note that as I have used the Beverly products, that I am able to reduce the amount of the Lean Out and Keto so that helps the cost. You really have to experiment with what works for you. The Lean Out has B12 in it which increases oxygen in the body and very helpful when working out. The liver tabs which some people hate just by the idea alone aid my lung stamina so I can breathe deeper and my workouts are better as well as less taxing. I have a serious lung problem so I do notice any differences. In using the Beverly products that I use, I use less of each because I use them all. The UMP I use one bottle a month and I stay with this particular one because of the increased potassium which I need. If you want stamina and energy, a lean strong body, then the Beverly products are certainly a factor in achieving a health level you wont get other places. Do note that a healthy raw diet as much as it possible is needed as well. A high processed food diet is a low oxygen diet or rather it steals the oxygen from the body and steals your health also. You want to be strong and healthy, then you have to eat healthy and the Beverly products are an amazing addition to that program of well being. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayI have tried countless protein powder brands over the years and nothing else comes close to the delicious taste of Beverly Ultimate Muscle Protein (chocolate has been my staple.) 8 ounces of water, 2 ice cubes, and a scoop of UMP (I also add a tsp of psyllium husks for fiber/bulk) and its not much different than a chocolate milkshake. UPDATE (2/28/2020): I recently purchased the Graham Cracker flavor for the first time so I could get a little variety and the flavor is unbelievable. I mix it with my oatmeal and it honestly feels like Im cheating because its SO good. Flavor: 5/5. If there is a better tasting protein powder on the market I would be shocked. The graham cracker flavor is perfect. Mixability: 4.5/5. The powder mixes easily with my oats, but Id describe its consistency as almost like talc powder which makes it slightly more difficult to work with than a coarser powder. Ingredient quality: 4/5 (10 more carb/fat calories per scoop than the chocolate flavor) Value for money: 3/5 (really the only con - UMPs per scoop cost is fairly steep)

> 3 daySo Ive tried TONS of protein powders...you name it, Ive probably tried it (Optimum, BSN, Chocorite, wonderslim, EAS, designer, aria...you get the idea). Of course there are different types and this one is an 80:20 blend of cassein:whey, but let me tell you the taste is AMAZING!!! I usually never like vanilla protein, but this stuff is great. I was looking at protein shake recipes on youtube and came across a video and this is what the lady used in some mocha peanut butter shake and when she tasted it she made it seem like it was the best thing she ever ate - you know, like how Rachel Ray does mmmm, mmmm, MMMMM, ooohhh this is yuumm-o lol! I was thinking I know its not that good! But of course I had to try it, and so glad I did! I love to have a protein shake for breakfast to help with weightloss. I was using just Optimum Nutrition whey, but of course since it is digested quickly, Im hungry again in an hour, even with 2 scoops. So now this is how I make my shake: -Fill a 28 oz. blender bottle with about 4 oz. water -Add 1 scoop UMP vanilla, and 1 scoop Optimum Double Rich chocolate -Add a spoonfull of instant folgers decaf coffee (sometimes I use caffeinated instant, but trying to cut back on caffeine or if I take a preworkout that already has caffeine in it I definitely use decaf). -Add a capful of sugarfree vanilla syrup (I use torani cause thats what they sell at Wally World) -Then, fill to the top with unsweetened vanilla almond milk, shake, let it sit for a couple minutes to let the coffee dissolve, then shake again...voila! Doesnt even taste like a protein shake. I have this every morning and sometimes during the day to get some extra protein or if Im hungry and want something quick and filling. It tastes delicious and keeps me full for at least 3 hours. My husband says all protein powders are nasty, well he made a shake with this in just water one day and told me, hey, that UMP stuff aint bad, translation, its the bomb dot com! A little pricey, but worth it and since I mix it with Optimum it lasts longer (not that Optimum is much cheaper). Amazon has a good price on it and its even better with subscribe & save or if you shop at Netrition.com its $36.49 there if you have some other things to get you can snap some of this up too...highly recommended!

Greater than one weekI started going to the gym regularly after 12 years of eating horribly and having a child, so I willingly bought supplements from my gym. The only flavor I really liked from them was chocolate peanut butter, and I was running out after a month. I tried their vanilla, and it was bland and quite disgusting. I researched for hours for a decent vanilla flavor since I cut back on desserts significantly, and I’ll admit, I wanted my protein shakes to be a treat but also be good for me. I compared UMP to ON, Ka’Chava, Orgain, Transparent Labs, etc. I finally decided to give it a go, and read great reviews on Rocky Road (far from basic vanilla). Hands down, it is the best in quality, viscosity, and flavor! It’s chocolatey with marshmallow notes, and it keeps me full for a few hours. I’m not bloated whatsoever, and my stomach doesn’t feel gross after drinking it. I actually look forward to working out and having it post/for breakfast. For anyone looking for a shake that genuinely tastes like a treat along with the benefits, I highly recommend UMP. I was skeptical at first because of price, but I’ll be only using this brand now!

> 3 dayLet me start by saying Im in no way a fitness guru. I use this protein powder to help lose weight and to build a little muscle at the same time. I had previously used EAS advantedge, which was discontinued. This protein powder is so much better. Its easy to mix with a blender bottle, it tastes amazing, and it works great. I feel so full when i drink it. I use a scoop and a half in 12 ounces of water. I experience no bloating, or other side effects. This stuff is the real deal. I even brought some to work to let everyone try and got several coworkers to switch to this powder. I now own every flavor and rotate the flavors. My personal favorite is cookies and cream. If you are looking for a new protein powder, definitely give this one a try, you wont regret it.
