Trust Me, I Bought It
> 3 dayI just really feel the need to clarify something because I buy things by relying solely based off of reviews and want to clear up any misconceptions about the taste. Im reading reviews saying amazing taste! Flavor is so good! So tasty tastes so good! Well, it does not taste good. This is not a shake youd pick up just because it tastes good if it had no nutritional value. It still has that chalky protein after-taste that all protein shakes have. This one is just sweetened to a degree that makes you unable to taste it as much. When iy first hits your taste buds it tastes amazing. It tastes like what cookies and cream is supposed to taste like! Then a few seconds later it feels like you just drank liquid chalk with cookies and cream ice cream in it. BUT, I will say that for a protein shake, this is the best Ive tried. Its the one I can tolerate most. There are some I can barely seem to swallow because they make me want to gag. This is why Im giving this 5 stars. It tastes good considering its a protein shake.

> 3 dayCookies and Cream purchased. One of the best tasting without a lot of sugar I’ve had in what has been 9 yrs of lifting and using protein powder. I’ll be trying other flavors too. Very glad I gave this a try!!!!

> 3 dayThis protein powder is not overly sweet and does not have a chalky or sawdust texture. So far I have tried several flavors and in my opinion theyre all good, its just personal preference. This protein powder comes in a large tub but be aware the container is not full to the top with powder.

> 3 dayI want to be selfish and keep this protein powder a secret but I also want everyone to know how great it is. The taste is superior, no bloat or gas, and I genuinely feel like it eases some muscle soreness with the BCAAs. This formula truly is elite, my 3rd purchase so far and will continue to purchase over and over.

> 3 daySo I have been taking this protein about two months now . Flavor: Cookies and Cream . I would say this Beverly protein is the most tolerable in flavor for me compared to other brands. I rate it in flavor a 4.3 (mixed with 1% milk). I have not experienced any bloating whatsoever and I always look forward to drinking after my workouts. I recommend to anyone who is seeking a good tasting protein powder with all the great benefits. I know ladies out there would definitely appreciate this protein brand! I will definitely be ordering the rocky road next time since I hear it’s perfect in flavor! Be advised : the only downside is the amount of protein powder they package in the container . I would say it is only 3/4 full .

> 3 dayI have been buying Beverly UMP protein powder for years. Ive tried several other protein powders, and I just havent found one that matches it. This is a protein powder that is versatile, mixes well (not gritty), tastes good, low calorie (120 calories/scoop), and provides a sufficient amount of protein (20 grams). One thing Ive found you have to be careful about a lot of protein powders out there, especially some highly commercialized brands, is they require 2 scoops of powder & can be high calorie too. Only 1 scoop of Beverly is required to make a protein shake. I use the protein powder mainly for a snack, for breakfast, and post workout. I typically buy the vanilla because I mix it with Greek yogurt and berries for a yummy smoothie, or another favorite of mine is mix it with about 1/4 cup of water, some sliced strawberries, and about 1/4 cup of oatmeal. It may sound strange, but it is so good and filling! I also like the chocolate powder for times when I really want chocolate and dont want all the calories and sugar. 1 scoop has 1 gram of sugar in it, whereas 1 Hershey kiss has slightly over 2.5 grams of sugar! An 8 oz. glass of yummy chocolate goodness or 1 chocolate Hershey kiss? Hmm, Ill take the chocolate protein shake. The secret to make it super yummy is to not use too much water, shake it up real good in a shaker bottle or blender, and then add a handful of ice & shake, shake, shake! Drinking it cold makes all the difference in the world. Oh! Another little tip, mix the protein powder with a little bit of skim milk and make chocolate or vanilla pudding. No need to use an entire scoop of the powder to make the pudding. It may take a little trial and error to get it right, but I promise it is a great alternative to pudding pack, and much better for you. I recommend giving this protein powder a try if you havent tried it before. I dont think you will be disappointed in the taste and how it mixes. I wish it cost less, but Id much rather pay for the quality than pay less and get that nasty, gritty stuff you can get at the big box stores.
