> 24 hourthe equipment is really very good, comfortable and of excellent quality, the problem is that the photo of the product does not match the description. Amazons gross mistake. I ended up being led astray.

> 24 hourWould be nice if the model you are selling is the right model! Says in the description that it has Bluetooth. Called Bose direct, nope! This model doesn’t have Bluetooth! Fix your description! Rediculous.

> 24 hourIm reviewing this for my Dad. He works for the US Forest Service and purchased these for the US Forest Service for the airplanes. He said these are all they use at his Hangar because they work the best. He uses these when he goes up with the planes or goes to another location to certify aircraft. Ive been around avionics and airplanes all my life, even washed them and did inventory for aircraft parts for a living for years, and Ive seen some terrible (and used some) headphones. These are really nice. Id recommend these to anyone who likes airplanes, is around airplanes or airplanes themselves, provided they can use a credit card.

> 24 hourI am a pilot for the largest major Airline in the World, and so far, not impressed with this headset. Compared to the regular Bose Headset w/Bluetooth, this headset is Extra BULKY, making it extremely uncomfortable. Head Clamp is the term that comes to mind. The regular 335 with U-fly-Mike accessory is a much better bet; however, I have also found the UFQ L-2 Headset to be a better bet as well (much more affordable and more reliable. Also, I had heard about excellent Bose service, purchased an extra warranty on this, and now, a year later, with the jack only working 50% of the time based on the jack with which they delivered it being a weird shape. This is basically an expensive nightmare, and I am tired of trying to deal with Bose, especially trying to get through to the warranty support which I have not been able to do while they’re open. The one time I talked with someone they were rude and condescending. Extreme frustration. I would not buy from Bose again.
