Best headset out there !

My just out of warranty A20 headset plug failed. I called Bose and ordered a $295 replacement cable and was told it would ship in three weeks. Four weeks later, not a word. I called and attempted to talk to a non english speaking customer support person without success. After much begging to speak to a supervisor I was finally transferred. She told me that they are still on backorder and it will be another two weeks till they get anything AND they need to fill all the orders before mine so it may be much longer.

Despite being too wide and slightly heavy (compared to computer headsets), this is easily the best headset. Even when the battery dies, the passive sound is better than my previous david clarks.

I bought these for my Dad as a birthday present, he is a private pilot that flys roughly 10-15 hours a month. He loves the Bluetooth function and the ability to easily listen to music while he flys now.

Sounds like a box fan is on in the other room when you wear these with a full throttle engine going. The most comfortable headset I have ever worn. I sincerely look forward to wearing these when I fly. You can’t buy your hearing. Well worth it.

I am a student pilot who has a goal of going to the airlines. I purchased this headset because as a student pilot I could hardly hear what the tower was saying, not even to mention understand what they were saying. The Bose headset canceled out all noise making it easy to hear and understand what is going on. It also made talking with my instructor a lot better. I bought these as an investment in my career and Im glad I did. Ill never wear anything else.

I bought this set as my first headset. I was tempted to go with a cheaper option to get me through training, but I am SOOOO glad I didnt. This headset is worth the money. Crystal clear, fantastic noise canceling, and very comfortable. I couldnt be happier.

Works on Airbus. Have to buy additional adapter to make it work with general aviation airplanes
