Because if Covid I didn’t find this out in time for them to consider taking them back. They would not make an exception to the rule. So know I have a 1k headset that I’m not happy with. One size don’t fit all.

Greater than one weekI was surprised for an FAA certified headset, the first one I received had an unreliable microphone and the noise cancelation would intermittently stop. When I received the replacement, it became instantly clear to me just how badly defective the first one I received was. In aviation we pay a lot for FAA certification and come to expect a high degree of reliability. I should have never received a defective FAA certified headset, and this is why I am giving this product three stars.

The pricing was consistent with a new product. This is not accurate or correct. It should have been indicated as a return / replacement item from the manufacturer.
