> 3 dayI am a GA pilot and aspiring airline pilot. From the first time I wore a set of Bose A20s I wanted to own a pair, now I do. It came on time and in perfect condition, new in the box with all the accessories. I got the twin plug version which means later Ill have to get a six-pin adapter but thats not a problem for me at all. I read the instructions, paired it with my phone and made a phone call using the voice command feature and it worked perfectly. The active noise reduction is as great as I remember. Its an expensive purchase so I was a little hesitant before buying it but I am completely satisfied and extremely pleased that I did. Bose, youre the best.

Greater than one weekThese do exactly what they say theyre going to do which is block out all of the noise from the airplane which is pretty much 100%.

> 3 dayI bought these over 10 years ago when they first came out. They have survived 5 years of flight instruction in and out of cessnas all day, and 6 years of airlines. I’ve had 2 issues which were both cable related. Bose remedied these issues as well as replaced everything you could replace while they had them. The headset is phenomenal and by far better than zulus, DC’s with ANC, or anything else out there. If you are looking for headset that delivers, will last, and has top notch customer support, this is it.

22-11-2024Just got the package in mail. I’m highly perturbed that my $1100 headphones did not come in a discreet box. If I lived in a different neighborhood this could have been a problem.
