Greater than one weekMy headsets break physically from time time time (theyre just made of cheap plastic.. it looks like Bose has found a way to charge $1,000 for cheap plastic) and when they do, their phone number and email now go to customer support in India. The Indian support is like a level of Dantes hell.

> 3 dayI got the Bose A20 headset for my aviation program earlier this year and I highly recommend them to any pilot. I have used them for over 50 hours and have no complaints. They are very lightweight and comfortable when wearing. I never find myself needing to adjust the headphones during a flight.

> 3 dayIncredible headset, worlds of a difference in sound quality. I bought this as my vert first headset and a testament to my resolve to follow my dreams all the way through. Very comfortable for long flights.

> 3 dayI purchased these as I was just starting about to start my flight lessons when my first class medical came back with no night flying. I returned them back to Amazon and while awaiting my refund they said the item I shipped back did not match the serial number. Then they said it was a completely different item. When I asked them what they received they couldn’t tell me, asked them to send the package back to me and they said they destroyed it.

> 3 dayThis is a great headset (albeit pricey), however it has some Cons that you need to consider before buying. Sadly, it is not durable enough for regular, professional flying. If youre an airline guy - forget it...its too fragile. For corporate guy flying left and right seat - having to unscrew the mic and swap it when you change seats is very tedious. The headset and cord are very heavy; a fatigue problem on long sectors. Unfortunately the heavyness does not translate into durability - it is not durable product. The ear pads wear out quickly and are expensive to replace and the poorly designed boom mic will quickly wear loose if you do anything with the headset - other that let it sit. In terms of sound quality and performance it is the best and lightyears ahead of David Clark - but my 20 yr old David Clark still works like new while my 4 yr old Bose A20 is in a box in the closet - broken.

> 3 dayIve been part of the aviation community for two years now, and I was looking for some quality headsets that would last me a life time (if I take care of them of course). I always heard great things from my pilot peers about the A20s and the Zulus. However, I decided to go with the A20s because I really though: Hey, theyre Bose! and it was the best decision Ive made!
