> 3 dayI have had the Sony MDR-7506 for 4-5 years, and I have replaced the earpads on them twice. The first time I ordered another product on amazon, and the first few weeks my head/ears were hurting until I broke them in. This product caused me no issues whatsoever and were comfortable even the first time I put them on. I do not have other brand new pads to compare the sound and noise cancellation qualities with, but I am happy with the product.

> 3 dayMy old ear pads were falling apart, leaving flecks of leather all over my head whenever I wore my old headset. In come these replacements. They look good as feel comfortable. They were also easy to install. Don’t know what else I could ask for.

> 3 dayThese replacement headphone earpads seem to be made well and are very comfortable. The Sony headphones that the earpads were bought for are not noise canceling so I didnt really expect these pads to increase noise reduction to any great extent, but they do cup around my big ears quite well. Installation was not easy but I think thats a benefit. The pads fit tight to the earpieces, and will not fall off as the pads age and the headphones get used over time. Start where the earpiece is not touching the headband and work the edge of the pad into the earpiece groove a little at a time until about a third of the way around. Then hold this section FIRMLY in position with one hand as you tease the rest of the pad onto the earpiece. It takes a little bit of force to do this. Once the edges are in the groove all the way around the earpiece, cup it with one hand and rotate the whole pad back and forth so it is properly seated in the earphone groove. Then do the same for the other side now you have the hang of it. A little patience will considerably help with installation.
