I ordered these for a second pair of MDR-7506 headphones. For the first pair I tried another, more expensive brand. Both of them fit well and feel great, although in different ways. Dont know which I prefer, but these were $6 cheaper. So, if I had a 3rd pair that needed replacing (which thankfully I dont) then I would probably go with these. I am not really a connoisseur when it comes to these types of things, but I liked the price more.

The first day or two is needed to break them in, but once they soften they stay on all day and I hardly notice.

Work great. Maybe only very slightly less noise reduction than the original ear pads (or maybe its all in my head)...but I was REALLY trying to notice. They seem like they will hold up to wear better than the originals, though. Better than having to buy a new pair of 7506s.

Right outta the box these are a substantial upgrade from the flaky oem Sony pads. Time will tell how resilient they are, but my initial impression after about twelve hours use…massive improvement over stock pads!

I have 2 pairs of Sony MDR-V6s, and just replaced the pads on 1 pair with the Brainwavz based on the many positive reviews. Could have purchased a less expensive pair, but these are demonstrably superior to the others, with tighter bass response, better noise cancellation, and much enhanced comfort. Highly recommended.

Glad I picked these up for my 10 year old MDRV6 headphones I’ve gone through my share of ear pads but these are by far my favorite. Huge thanks to Brainwavz for making these pads at an affordable price.
