> 24 hourMy advice to not tech savvy users: Read carefully and be patient, or just get someones help instead. These are easy to set up if you have some decent skills. I just followed the instructions in Alexa and set em up in 5 minutes, even though its my first step into the smart home world. I used one for my coffee maker. Awesome. A second one to get my laptop switching between battery and electricity (A simple routine to turn on/off every 2 hours), for the sake of battery life spam. Used the third one with the light of my daughters room so I can go to bed and it doesnt stay on all night. Soooo many different uses, Ill get more in the future.

> 24 hourPretty easy setup and simple integration with Alexa. Broadlink has software available, but if youve already got a smart device controller (I use an Echo Show 5), then youre good to go. This is the least expensive smart plug I found, and it works great. Only downside is its a different manufacturer than my other smart plugs (which are Kasa brand), so I dont have the same scheduling tool, but Alexa brings it all together nicely and this works really well.

> 24 hourThe smart plug resets itself about every 90 seconds. Which is annoying because its hooked up to a light. Ive even tried just using it as a digital switch, removing all the timers and everything out of the settings. I dont know. Its just junk. Too bad I thought it was a problem with high power draw for an another device now I am out of the return window.

> 24 hourWe used the smart plugs with the Google Nest. They work well, but the installation requires registration with BroadLink, then with the Google Home app.

> 24 hourUPDATE: 12/16/22 Ive had 15 of these in use for about 11-15 months now. I stand by all the good things I originally said in my 1st review (below), but I have to deduct 1 star. I bought them because I was sick of adjusting mechanical timers for DST and ever-changing sunset/sunrise times, however, these periodically lose their connection to the router and will not reconnect without a reset and then need to be configured just like new. Worst, they all fail at the same time or in groups of anywhere from 6 to 10. It is a pain figuring out which ones have disconnected then holding the power button down, connecting with my phone, and reassigning the router and password. I suspect this is a Broadlink server issue rather than the individual plugs since Ive never had just 1 fail. So far this has happened about 6 times in the past 12 months - same number of times I would adjust the mechanical timers. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The first one I installed took the longest as I had to create a Broadlink account. Once that is done and youve added your Broadlink account to Google Home (my method of use) the others just drop in easily. The only thing to keep in mind is that you must add them to your home and assign each to a room. I named mine for clarity. I havent had any issues since installing the 1st five 2 weeks ago. I installed 3 more today. So nice to not have to reset the timers all over the house every time there is a power glitch or daylight savings switch. I love that I can set them to turn on at the local sunset too.

> 24 hourTheres nothing better that I could find when you account for Google & Alexa compatibility, ease of setup, and price. Ive tried many, and this is now my go-to plug.

> 24 hourI have this hooked to my power strip, which supplies my aquarium appliances. I have attached my aquarium light to this exact timer. It works and turns on at the correct and exact time, like down to the seconds, but it is kind of troublesome to use. I have installed the app to use for functionality, and it is a bit overcomplicated in my opinion, like I just want it to turn on at a specific time and off at another time but it does not exactly allow this. It also does not turn off or function correctly in my opinion, as it is meant to turn off at 4:00, but was on at ~5:40 PM on two consecutive days after setting it up. Edit: I have decreased my rating of the product as it is hard to use with the NoAPP functionality. Perhaps I am setting it up wrong, but it never turns off correctly, which can get plain irritating. Perhaps there are better products, but for now, I appreciate the mechanical timers more.

> 24 hourThis item does not work AT ALL... I plug it in and set it up following BOTH directions that it came with as well as YouTube and it will not work! I even contacted Amazon for a refund and they told me to send it back and I would get a refund!! I have since sent it out TWICE and BOTH TIMES it was delivered back to me in the mail!! its a very crappy product that for some reason is being rejected when I ship it back with Amazons return label!!
