> 3 dayI have arcade machines that are difficult to turn. I use these plugs to set up voice command and they work perfectly. Setup is super easy with NoApp and it syncs with Alexa in seconds.

> 3 dayIve got this hooked up to a dim/warm light with Alexa so that I dont have to get out of bed at night as Im dozing off and realize the light is still on. Working great still a few months down the line. Install wasnt the easiest in the world but definitely easier than another I had to return. I would recommend this product.

Greater than one weekAs one of the less expensive WiFi smart plugs, I figured Id give these a try with Home Assistant, an open source home automation system. With some effort, I got them working... for a while. I had to set up an account on the manufactures servers to set them up, using the cloud solution. But I was also able to control them locally with a system like Home Assistant. That all changed when the manufacturer pushed a firmware update which now causes them to all connect to each other, instead of my WiFi access point. Now the only way to control all but one of them is through the manufacturers cloud app. Im going to try a workaround, creating four different accounts on the manufacturers app, one at a time, and re-connect each one to a different account. But obviously a future firmware update could break this, too. NO MORE CLOUD-BASED SMART HOME DEVICES FOR ME. The few dollars saved are not worth the aggravation of allowing manufacturers to make changes which break things.

> 3 dayThis product is impossible to set up. I tried several times over the course of a couple of weeks and had no success. I have other smart plugs I was able to connect in a matter of seconds. The instructions are so convoluted and inconsistent for example when it says to connect to the BroadLink Wi-Fi item it doesn’t show up. Completely Useless product which I have returned

> 3 dayThe product advertise no app, but it still demands you provide an email to register your device through their website. I was wrong to interpret no app as no third party snooping. It is not the manufacturers fault. I was looking for a wifi device that works without registration or setup without through an external website, but it seems this does not exist. It seems rather invasive to have my thermostat or light switch on the internet connected to data systems I do not control.
