I wanted to like this product. After all, Im into Smart Home stuff and have quite a collection of working smart things (even one of those Smarthings). First of all this was advertised as Not needing another app to clutter up my cell phone, but step 2 of the installation instructions (after powering on the unit) was to download the app to my phone. WHAT? Well, ok I can deal with that for the other promised benefits of easy to install and all. Unfortunately, it wasnt that either. I tried all of my tricks to getting recalcitrant smart devices to tow the mark, but could not get them to even respond to any connection request. Fed up, I sent them packing back to Amazon (thank you to Amazon for their really good return procedures). I may have been having a bad day, but these things were not ready for prime time. Save yourself some time, money and frustration and get something else.

We used the smart plugs with the Google Nest. They work well, but the installation requires registration with BroadLink, then with the Google Home app.

I have arcade machines that are difficult to turn. I use these plugs to set up voice command and they work perfectly. Setup is super easy with NoApp and it syncs with Alexa in seconds.

They do work, some of the time. Had a really hard time getting them to connect to my dedicated 2.5 router. Takes a very long time for some of them to ever connect. I tried the NoApp option as well as both Broadlink and IHP apps. One unit that was disconnected from its power source, lost all of its programing. Could never get it to reconnect. Finally have given up and am trying another brand that I have a much better success rate with (Meross).

The instructions were easy to follow. Used it to connect a lamp in the master bedroom. Works well with Alexa AND Google assistant.

These worked ok for a while. I switched internet service providers from century link to xfinity. I got the new xfi router. These unfortunately don’t work with the xFi router because it combines all the band - 2.4GHz 5GHz etc. now they are useless.

I spent all afternoon trying different ways to get it to connect to its own app or my google home. There was no instructions with it, I tried youtube for help.

THESE ARE NOW IN THE TRASH WHERE THEY BELONG! Ive wasted more time on trying to get the Broadlink app and Alexa to discover these. I finally got them to find one, and within an hour it Alexa said it was unresponsive and remains that way. Tried 2 more but could not get them to be recognized. I have a background in computer system and have several other brands of plugs (along with numerous Echo devices) that I have connected to Alexa. Buy this if you enjoy being frustrated by devices that dont do what the manufacturer says it will.
