> 24 hourNot much to say, it powered my radio just fine off the 12V socket and I was able to save my battery for when I arrived at my destination

> 24 hourSo far so good. Only had for a week or so. I should have read the description better I thought it was two batteries but it was only one. The other thing I didn’t like is it does not come with a charging cable, and not like most people have the right one just sitting around. So I will have to buy one separate.

> 24 hourIf you are going to buy a BaoFeng radio do yourself a favor and get it from BTECH. It is the USA version and well worth the extra money it may cost. I have two of them but did try the Chinese version and it is not the same so it was returned. This is an awesome radio and I highly recommend it. I am a HAM and GMRS licensed operator.

> 24 hourThe eliminator works very well. I have my hand held on the bench with my base radio so I can monitor two bands at the same time. This set up of course would use up the battery very quick. The eliminator saves the battery for mobile use.

> 24 hourThis is a good option to have around when you don’t have access to power to charge the battery that came with the radio. You can use alkaline batteries or ni-cd/nimh rechargeable. Just make sure that you use the dummy battery when using alkaline. This should be on a sticker that you apply to the pack to always remember

> 24 hourWorks well, you need to pre-bend the contacts down slightly to keep from crushing them when inserting the batteries. Otherwise it works well.

> 24 hourLong battery life. The built-in charging port is a great feature, since I dont have to bring the whole charging cradle along.

> 24 hourThe battery pack wouldnt click into place, and the radio wouldnt power on. I had to cut some plastic from the front of the pack to get it to fit.

> 24 hourWith so many fakes out there, it’s nice to have a reliable source of true extra capacity batteries for the UV5R. This one is the real deal. My biggest complaints are the price, it costs almost as much as the radio itself. And, it’s only available in black. All of my UV5R radios are camo. But there are no legit 3800 mAh batteries available in camo. So now I have 3 camo UV5R radios with black extended capacity batteries. But I’m so happy to finally have the extra battery capacity that I no longer care about the color mismatch.

> 24 hourPurchased this unit to power a Baofeng BF-F8HP handheld in my 4x4. Plugs into the cigarette lighter socket and eliminates the need for using the radio battery. Super convenient for those needs.
