> 24 hourEverything worked as expected right out of the box. It fills the tank in just over 2 minutes. I replaced the quick couple at the tank with my own 25 foot hose with quick coupler on the end. I turned the pump off and was gone for over two weeks and when I came back the pressure was exactly where I left it (no leaks). The compressor is pleasantly quiet as that was a primary objective for me in replacing my old unit. A little more expensive than some units but as long as it holds up over time I feel it will be worth it.

> 24 hourI carry the aluminum compressor around with one hand by the handle, I don’t even roll it. Not because I’m strong but it is light enough that it’s the easiest way to carry it, I don’t have to bend over to roll it or pick it up. I thought people were exaggerating on how quiet this thing was. No exaggeration, this compressor is truly quiet. Very impressed and happy with purchase.

> 24 hourpicked one up for dusting out stuff at work, its nice, its not silent, but you can have a conversation over it. wish it was either a little less top heavy, or if it had a longer bent up handle. but for the price its good..

> 24 hourWow! Thats the only word for how impressed I am by this compressor. Super quiet, fills up fast and recovers even faster. Very lightweight too, the aluminum tank is well worth the small increase in price. The only thing to consider with the aluminum tank is it is a tiny bit top heavy. Not unstable at all but just be aware and youll have no problems. Unlike some other reviews, mine arrived perfect. The box wasnt damaged at all, I may have got lucky as I got it in one day. Maybe there wasnt a chance for it to be knocked around in shipping. Bottom line, if your in the market for a compressor this size... get this one.

> 24 hourYou just wont believe how quiet this compressor is or how fast it builds up pressure. I have it maintaining a 50 gallon pressure tank at 100 psi and aerating a small fish pond and it hardly ever runs. I highly recommend this compressor.

> 24 houras the complaints in reviews mostly revolved around 1) does not hold pressure and... 2) poor customer service. I got the unit, plugged it in, got to 120 psi, stopped, unplugged 1) 2 hrs later lost about 30 psi 2) called customer service, got the biggest run around I ever experienced, it was borderline comical. could not get the simplest questions answered. What is acceptable amount of air loss over 2 hrs, 24hrs, etc. Asked 5x in email, they refuse to answer. I guess Amazon reviews are true. Its too bad the company does not step up QC and act normal during customer service inquiries as its USA company and seems to be a decent compressor. I always try to support small USA companies, but with attitude like that, well.... I either gotta fix this one, or salvage the box and send it back. I hate buying something brand new and having to fix it... this is simple to detect in QC....

> 24 hourWorks well for filling tires and blowing away air. Dont expect to run any air tools with this. The tank is much too small.

> 24 hourFirst day of receipt, I had a conversation while standing over the unit, and it wasn’t until it stopped that we realized how much of an improvement the noise level was over our last compressor. No leaks right out of the box. Very well packaged and presented. The noise level will vary based on the environment it is used in, but it’s awfully quiet- for a compressor. After the first week of use, I filled the tank and have been monitoring the pressure, three weeks later, and no air loss. Probably quiet enough to use inside for evening, but not too late, for airbrushing in an apartment. Nice fittings and drain valve. Regulator feels and acts like a good one. The aluminum tank is a great feature and won’t leave rusty puddles when the tank is drained. Lightweight too, lift and carry it around with one hand. If the handle was longer or the wheels larger diameter, I’d have not found out how light it was. The handle causes average height human to bend over while rolling it; if you stand up, the end of the tank will drag and the compressor gets a little unwieldy because it is almost balanced on the wheels, and wants to pirouette, like a wiener dog dancing on two legs. When my 80G compressor dies, I’ll be looking at their replacement model.

> 24 hourThis compressor is even quieter than I expected. Such an improvement over my old oil-filled compressor that gave a jet engine a run for its money. I haven’t sprayed finish with it yet so will have to see how that goes. So far, great value for the price.

> 24 hourIve been spending more and more time in my garage doing woodworking projects. With that comes lots of dust and lots of finish nailing. My cheap 3 gallon pancake compressor from Harbor Freight worked fine for the nailer, but it was not good for blowing dust off saws and out of the garage, it just didnt have enough volume to handle it. Plus, it was LOUD. So, recently after I spent several hours listening to that loud machine run, I decided enough with it and hopped online and started searching for quiet air compressors. The California Air Tools options were consistently recommended and the reviews supported those recommendations. I must say, I see why! This thing is AMAZING. It is just a hair louder than the compressor on my beer fridge. It is so quiet that I dont even notice when it kicks on unless Im standing right next to it. It was super easy to put together, just throw on the wheels, front rubber piece, and the air filter which is more of a muffler, and it was ready to go. Its not heavy at all an maneuvers very easily. I have a retractable hose reel, so I keep this under my workbench and wont have to move it much. All-in-all, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone else who is tired of loud air compressors!
