> 3 dayMy buddy has the steel version which is super quiet but a bit heavy. The lighter-weight version seems to be just as quiet while also managing to be significantly lighter. This thing is awesome. Yes, its worth the extra cash...youll love it and, because it doesnt beat up your ears or back, youll use it more than you can imagine.

> 3 dayIve used this compressor a good bit now, it works very well and is very quiet compared to any regular compressor. It keeps up pretty well when I blow off my zero turn mower, once you let it build up pressure. Its pretty light also compared to its louder counterparts. Looks like pretty decent quality, Im glad I bought it.

Greater than one weekThis is the perfect air compressor for any hobbyist that is thinking of purchasing. I purchased this compressor to use with my Iwata eclipse airbrush and I couldnt be happier. This gives me plenty of air with the 8gal tank and its easy to adjust the air psi that flows through my airbrush. I highly recommend the aluminum tank over the steel version as it will last you a very long time with the proper care of course.

Greater than one weekThe compressor works well. Gets up to pressure quickly. I did measure the decibels from ten feet and I got 67-68 db on my phone decibel meter. So certainly not 60 db But definitely quieter than the standard compressors. Mine did not say to not use an extension cord. Though others have commented on this. So be cognizant of this. I use mine in one location right next to the main power outlet.

Greater than one weekI carry the aluminum compressor around with one hand by the handle, I don’t even roll it. Not because I’m strong but it is light enough that it’s the easiest way to carry it, I don’t have to bend over to roll it or pick it up. I thought people were exaggerating on how quiet this thing was. No exaggeration, this compressor is truly quiet. Very impressed and happy with purchase.

> 3 dayI used one of these at the track and liked it so much I bought my own. Very small footprint, amazingly quiet and the pressure is terrific for setting the bead on tires. Great deal.

> 3 dayUpgrade from a small 3 liter tanked compressor to reduce noise. Using for airbrushing. Having a big tank has cut down own the motor running constantly. The motor is quiet for an air compressor. Not as quite as the one I was using before, but not too loud either. Build quality is solid. We will see how it stands the test of time.
