call of duty modern warfare was one of the best games ive played and i couldnt wait for a sequeal to be released. When i heard that activison and infinity ward where coming out with a second modern warfare i was very excited and couldnt wait for the release. I have now had the game for a week or so and have been played for at least 6 to 8 hours a day it is a very addicting game and is just as good as the previous modern warfare. The only downside to this game is probably the online i find all the maps to be way to big and all everybody does is camp and wait for someone to walk by them to kill them. besid

Well, this is overall an amazing game. It is better than the original Call of Duty 4 and has a lot to offer. The Spec Ops mode in this game offers a great challange for Co-op and Solo players with edited maps of the original campaign. Multiplayer is my favourite. It offers you a chance to stand toe to toe with other players in an intensive war against anywhere from 8-18 players per map. The leveling up system makes you want to unlock more and more weapons to your arsenal.

I never played the other CODs but I bought this one a little while after it came out. Its a really fun game (I like the co op mode best) but the online play can sometimes get on your nervs. Sometimes it lags and the shooting accuracy could be a little better but overall its a pretty good game.

Had this game for about 3 months and almost completed it in every difficulty available by now. It is very fun and the graphics are very realistic. The game sometimes gets stuck in some scenarios but it is something temporary and then everything works fine again. It is a little bit bloody but nothing really bad. I definitely would recommend it.

Nice game

This game is great. It had great animated graphics, great quality sound and colour. This is great for planning strategy and improvisation. Would recommend this product for young teenagers. The shipment was great.

PARENTS BE WARNED: I dont often get on my soapbox, but I think its warranted here. Ive played COD3, COD4 and COD5 (WAW) with my boys and *surprise* they arent 18 yet...Im not alone. Sure, these are Mature games intended for adults only...But if you think kids dont play violent video games, then youre fooling yourself and/or you have yet to become a parent. In fact, theyve LEARNED a great deal about history from the COD series, like why we had to defeat Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan in WWII. As ugly as it is, its a history lesson. They have asked me questions seemingly without end about WWI, WWII, the Korean War, Vietnam, The Gulf War and todays wars as a result of those COD games. In a way, Im thankful for that. But this is not your normal Call of Duty game. Its morphed into something else.

After enjoying Call of Duty 4 (Modern Warfare 1) and 5 (World at War) for the past two years, I was excited about MW2. What a let down. The online play is completely broken on the Playstation. The matching simply does not work. At all. You will be lucky to get 5 minutes of decent online play for every 30 minutes of trying to get in a match. They have been churning out about an update per day trying to fix the bugs, but it only gets worse. I know someone with an Xbox and the online play with that works fine. 5 seconds and you are in a good match.

I have COD Black Ops and this still gets my thumbs attention most of the time. :]
