Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 - Playstation 3

Pretty good game overall. Excellent graphics and very adictive. This is a sequel to Modern Warfare and a much better game, its also my second because I have 2 playstations and planing to by my third so Ill be buying yet another one. High Def games is to be the future for now and I believe the ony thing left will be real 3D. I cant wait for that.

Let me start off by saying I have played every call of duty, medal of honor and so on and so forth. I feel this game was very very heavily over rated. I was able to get the platinum trophy for this game in a matter of two days. The story takes only a couple of short hours to complete, and the glitching/cheating is out of control. This game I feel turned out to be a desaster in a very short amount of time. Id rather play mag where there are more options and things to do than in this game.

I received my game from the UPS man today at 11:30 MST and after a few chores, I was able to get up and play. I popped the game in and of course I had to go through 2 updates, 1 system (3.01) and 1 game update (1.01). I wasnt sure what the updates were for, nor did I care; I just wanted to start playing the game. After the quick updates I was on my way. I beat the first Modern Warfare in about 5 or 6 hours and it was a great game with high replay value. I definitely anticipate the single player to be as great in MW2 as it was in the first MW. I immediately went into multiplayer and have been playing for about an hour and I tell you, it is fantastic.

The game is good but we dont get the game instructions booklet with this.

This is a great first person game and it has many downloadable maps AND the spec ops are wat make the game a ps3 great hit!

this new version far exceeds the original product. more weapons, scenarios and the graphics are much better! bought it for our sixteen year old son and he enjoys it more than i can possibly describe.

I played through the camapign of Modern warfare 1 and quiet honestly It was amazing. the online of It also was game changing. I am slightly disappointed when comparing the Second to the first. It too is great, but the Campaign seemed to loose what made it so great in the first game, and was slightly hard to follow. it did have Its strong Points, like returning characters and a difficult playthrough on on veteran.

Played MW 1...didnt really like it much. did nt realy dig the online either...the story mode was too short too. i really like the story mode on this game and i really like the cpecial missions part of the game. when you get done with the story mode you can play this over and over and try and beat your time...try on diff difficulties. it is great...then of course the multi player mode...i like the one on black ops better...but then i tried that first...the poeple on MW 2 online seem to be really good and experienced too and that makes the game play less fun fro begginers with this game....but it is still great. people that try this first then play black ops say they like this better....they are both great games for sure and if you like COD at all...any of them...then get this too.
