Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 - Playstation 3

It took me just over seven hours to beat the campaign on the most difficult setting. The story line is more or less a right-wing doomsday scenario: what happens if the terrorists get a leg up on us...but is entertaining nonetheless. The multiplayer offers, for all practical purposes, an infinite amount of post-campaign play, which is nice since the campaign was so short. If you like first person shooters, this is one of the best around right now.

I have to say Im not very impressed with this Game. It just didnt have that WOW factor that COD4 had. I bought the game in December. And here it is February and I still havent beaten it or played online much. I would recommend Uncharted 2 over this game. It kept my attention for a lot longer than this game. But I mean dont get me wrong it could be a fun game; but compared to the first one, it just comes up short in my eyes!

Game continued to freeze when match started. Tried on two different consoles, same result.

This game is perssonaly one of my favorite games of all time. Single Player is AMAZING Special ops is pretty fun and multiplayer has many problems but still is fun.

Modern Warfare 2 is probably the prettiest-looking game Ive ever played on my PS3. The environments are amazing, and Ive yet to experience even a single minor bug or graphics hiccup. There are plenty of reviews out there explaining that this game is the greatest work of Western civilization ever, but as someone who isnt all that into getting randomly headshot online or worrying about my kill/death ratio, there are a few features of this game that render it less than perfect.

The online experience this franchise has created is unmatched. Those whove played before will be excited for new challenges, greater perks, and high quality maps. Those who havent will be pleased.

If you never bought this game buy it. Even after 2 years of playing this game it still a blast. i cant wait for the 3rd one in nov.

COD4 MW2 (COD4.2)

This is the best first person shooter EVER! The single player campaign is a decent continuation of the previous story. Split screen play at home is a lot fun, especially because you can earn weapon and character perks that change the split screen gameplay. Where this really shines, however, is the Special Ops gameplay in splitscreen cooperative mode. They are individual missions, but it gives a sense of cooperative campaign. It is some FUN stuff - nothing quite like running around on the ground while your buddy provides fire support from an AC-130. WOW! The spectacle of that type of fire support is awesome. I have and will play that mission over and over again. The online play is the icing on the cake. Maps are so much richer than the previous installment of the game, perks, weapon modifications, and the overall variety are so strong.

A great person shooter, Call of Duty is one of the best series of games first-person shooter and this delivery as always not far behind
