> 24 hourThe Canon ip2600 is slow and the prints are quite mediocre, but its cheap, so what? Well, next time I would spend a few more dollars and have a much better machine. Dont believe the

> 24 hourThe printer is fast and simple to use, but I am disappointed in the print quality of photos.

> 24 hourThe IP2600 is a good printer for the money. Black and color printing is fast and quiet. I previously had the more expensive i850. This printer seems to burn through ink about twice as fast.

> 24 hourI picked one of these up at Walmart years ago and have been happy with the quality of the prints, (though as others have stated, it does drink a lot of ink!). The main problem I have had started about a year after I got it. I dont use it very often, either. The front door ALWAYS triggers an error message that the door is not open and stops printing. This happens EVERY TIME, and the DOOR IS MOST DEFINITELY OPEN. I eventually have to actually sit next to the printer and hold the door down with force, in order to get the printing done. I have searched and havent found many other cases of this happening, so I have no idea what the issue is. I was always going to try to trick the sensor, but never got around to it. The quality is good, but I will probably go with an Epson next time around. I had Epsons first model color ink jet printer and it was a beast! Huge, heavy, and very expensive. But you know what? Even when I finally put it out to pasture when it was 12 years old, it still worked! It was a real workhorse. No more Canon printers for me.

> 24 hourGrant it, I only use my Canon iP2600 for occasional small print jobs, but once I got used to the top paper loading and the noisy and slightly slower operation, I adjusted to it fine from my HP Deskjet. It gets the job done and the modest price makes up for little quirks. If I printed more often, I might check ink refill prices of other printers because Canon cartridges are certainly no bargain. Ive only had it for a few weeks, but so far, so good.

> 24 hourThe new printer straight out of the box showed a jam signal. The Canon service technician on the phone could not help us. We are suppose to find a Canon service dealer and have them repair it.

> 24 hourReasonably priced, quality is there as usual and very easy to install - watch out for finger prints and I really wish ink jets printers come with USB cable... really come on.

> 24 hourThe first one I received didnt work right out of the box. A new one was sent which is fine. It is an attractive unit, however, in order to keep a supply of paper in it, you must open the top and front for operation which spoils the looks. I dont use it too much, so I just keep paper elsewhere and keep the unit closed.

> 24 hourI like the printer so far - havent done much with it except print text, so I dont know how it does with pictures. Ive had it for about a month and the black ink jet ran out, but I have printed quite a bit with it so far.
