> 3 dayI bought this to cover my outdoor patio furniture which is a delicate wood. My wife and I spent 3-4 hours protecting the wood by putting teal oil on it. We bought a cover for the furniture to protect it from the elements (we live in the Baltimore/DC area so lots of rain, hot sun, extreme wind, and occasional snow). The cover we bought was advertised as being “tough” but it ripped, weathered, and flakes out in under two years. I can already tell that this White Duck Outdoors canvas tarp is a much higher quality material than the “heavy duty” cover we just threw away. The canvas tarp is probably 3 times more expensive, but we have a canvas grill cover that is still in the same shape as it was two years ago when we bought it and it has endured the same weather as the “heavy duty” furniture cover that broke down after two years. We used some zip-ties and tie-down straps to secure the canvas tarp to the patio furniture (roughly 12ft length X 5ft width X 3.5 ft height).

> 3 dayOn our recent road trip w/ packed items on a pick-up truck, this tarp is sturdy and well put together; it held quite well for the entire 800+miles through two states with no tears and no rips! Wish we had this tarp the last 3 trips where we used regular tarps which ended up in the trash at the end of the trip. However, since we did not encounter rain during the trip, our review does not have any comment if it would hold well during a downpour.

Greater than one weekI grew tired of replacing the poly tarps to cover my 14 boat. Here in Colorado, snow and hail are part of life. I finally bit the bullet and purchased something I could rely on and not worry what the weather was doing to it. I received the 8x20 White Duck canvas tarp today. There is no way to compare the quality of this cotton tarp to the poly tarps Ive used in the past. First of all, I had a hard time finding tarps to just cover the boat and trailer and not fit like a circus tent. White Duck has many sizes available. The 8x20 is perfect for my needs. The stitching, grommets, and corners are all well designed and HEAVY DUTY. Reflector tape is sewn into the corners for extra visibility. I love this product because a great boat cover is no longer a project I have to spend time thinking about. Highly recommend.

> 3 dayIts hard to get excited about tarps but this one might do it for you. I have used a lot of tarps over the years that were supposedly heavy duty. Most were bad but a few were ok. The biggest problem for most was the brutal southern sun. It will destroy any plastic type in a heart beat. Last year I tried a heavy duty one designed for covering hay. It lasted 4 mos. before turning to threaded wheat. All did have one thing in common, the grommets always ripped out. When I opened up this tarp I was in shock, the pictured did it no justice. There was so much reinforcement especially in the corners that I feel they will be around long after the tarp itself. Hopefully I believe I have found a great tarp. Time (sun) will tell

> 3 dayI bought the white duck premium heavy canvas tarp for the roof of my former she-shed that is 8’x12’ and previously had roof and walls with roll up doors. (It sun rotted) Rather than throw the frame away, I bought this and a bag of bungee cords and put it on my frame in about 10 minutes by myself. I live in Arizona where the sun ruins everything, and we get little rain. This reminds me of my dads army tents way back in the day. Excellent construction, sturdy with reinforced grommets and tie down points as well reflective corners. The canvas will reduce the noise when we have haboobs blow through the monsoon seasons, as other tarps are crinkly. I’m looking forward to several years of use from this canvas tarp-hopefully its sturdiness won’t let it turn into a kite and fly away! #Greatvalue #Canvas #whiteduck #tarp #heavyduty

Greater than one weekI grew up using canvas tarps. I have endured the flimsy nylon things now prevalent, so was extremely pleased to find this. Was moving and needed a sturdy tarp to cover items loaded in my pickup. Worked great over a 300 mile long trip.
