I bought this as a replacement for the gazebo/pergola cover that shredded with mild winds. I live in the desert and even in our monsoon season, we dont get enough rain or wind to warrant getting the best material. But the hot sun severely brittles the threads on most covers and finding the exact right size on a tent shape can be difficult. So I bit the bullet and got an oversized unit. Absolutely no regrets. This thing was so heavy, I had to use a combination of clamps and broomsticks to lift it onto my pergola frame on my own. Its been fantastic and seeing it barely budge against winds has been so satisfying. I see it lasting a very long time.

I live on a small sailboat at anchor in Florida. I have a Bimini top in the aft end of the cockpit, but needed something to extend forward and to cover the main hatch area both for shade and to keep the rain off. For the last three years Id been using the blue poly tarps. They dont last long and I had to replace them every couple of months. I was looking for a more permanent solution. Problem was most of the canvas tarps available werent the size I needed...66X 8 or 9. I queried several boat canvas shops in the area but they werent interested in a simple flat piece. This tarps cut size was perfect so I shelled out the equivalent of 7 of the blue tarps for this. It fit just right. Doesnt roll up easily to furl when not needed Dark green color makes it hot under the Florida sun All things considered Im quite satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to a friend.

After seeing the quality and durability of this product I quickly bought two more! One was used for a cross country road trip, covering a luggage rack; did not let in one drop of moisture thru rain and sleet! Stayed intact/still looks like new!! Second one was/is being used to cover a vehicle stored outdoors— so far so good; fabulous quality, very sturdy , heavy-weight( does not blow off in heavy winds !) Third one purchased just ready for the next use because these tarps are so perfect!!

I purchased this to replace a pergola cover that ripped. It is much stronger than cover it replaced. I look to have several years of service from this. Id purchase again.

We have been trying to replace the cover on our pergola and have failed trying to find the right size. Sure, we could order a custom fit but it would cost a fortune. I searched custom sizes in the tarp departments. Not only were we able to find a perfect fit, but its a positive water resistant material, weight and color. And the price was best of all. I have a 12x16 tarp that I use to cover loads on my 12 dumptruck bed. Mostly hauling brush and sometimes firewood. The canvas is extremely durable and abrasion-resistant. The sewn in metal grommets are holding up well, even with quite a bit of tension applied via a truckers hitch. The only disappointment so far, is that one of the sewn loops of webbing, attached to a grommetted attachment point, wore through from the abrasion of the 3-strand rope that I had threaded through. But to be fair, nylon webbing isnt really meant to have ropes sliding through it all the time. It could be a bit heavier duty webbing, though, and it would hold up better. That being said, absolutely great tarp, and I will be buying many more, in the future. Thanks for an actually good, made in USA, product!

I needed a heavy duty tarp to move. It needed to be water resistant, durable, and stable against strong winds on the highway. It’s rains every time I had to travel and normally it can be fairly windy as well. All the tarps I have ever bought in the past would unfortunately last one trip. The wind from the highway would completely destroy one end of my tarp without fail. So I got tired having to replace tarps and bought this one. It was a little expensive for my taste but it worked. It never moved due to the weight, it still looks like new event after my trip, and all of my boxes stayed very dry. I am very happy to say this company makes one of the best tarps I’ve ever used.

Heavy duty but it ripped before our trip. Tried to salvage with duct tape after covering utility trailer. Bought similar tarp in past which lasted a super long time.
