These are such a fun and neat addition to any crafters Arsenal of products. I use for art journaling and to use a water brush and paint with.

I really like these. They draw like a crayon but then you can mist your drawing with water and it turns into water color. Super fun to play with.

Ive been hearing about these for a few years, but I just never believed the hype. Believe it. These are amazing. I wish theyd been my first art journaling supply purchase. They are so thick and richly pigmented, and when you add water they come even more alive, and they move across the paper just beautifully (you have to use sized paper to get the best results). They are SO juicy wonderful, especially if, like me, you are ALL about the COLOR. They go down like a hard oil pastel and are slightly blendable even dry, so I can see why theyre not called crayons, but pastels. Ive tried watercolor crayons, and these are in a class by themselves.

I use these for screenprint monotypes. Every screenprinter’s dream! Break easily but that doesn’t mean they can’t be used ya know.

These are EXCELLENT face-painting crayons. A little water creates a clear, bright color - and they wash off with a wet cloth. Easy and neat and lots of fun.

Ive had this set for about 8 months. I think of them as a bit of a luxury because they are, after all, crayons, but the watercolor application of them is magical to a novice like myself. I like that they can be sharpened to a point for fine coloring, then wet with a paint brush to use either as watercolor paint itself or directly on the paper turning it to a creamy, richly colored substance that is lovely to use. Someday Ill treat myself to the next bigger size of these high quality crayons.

My tin was bent and over a third of the crayons were broken. Good thing it was not purchased as a gift. Disappointed as they were not inexpensive.
