Clover 9506 5 in 1 Sliding Gauge with Nancy Zieman

> 3 dayThis tool certainly does the job its advertised to do. Ive never used a tool like this before, and I just find the gauge a little hard to read. I have to keep checking it against a ruler to remind myself where on the device youre supposed to measure from. I like that the pieces of the sliding gauge dont move around, but I find it a bit difficult to release the mechanism to set it to the distance I want. The button is just hard to push. But, still, it has a job to do and it does it adequately.

> 3 dayYou can slide the green slider up, even without holding down the ‘PUSH’ button. Expected it to lock and keep its position till you push the white ‘PUSH’ button area to move it up or down.

> 3 dayVery handy. Ive had it a while but just started using it when I found out my 4-thread serged stitch was really 3/8 wide. Sure enough that is what it measured. That 1/2 added on 4 seams really does change the fit plus I had added about 1/4 to all the seams to serge off. No wonder the fit was too small. Also, its much easier and smaller to keep handy by the machines rather than a long ruler.

Greater than one weekThis is a great sewing tool. It is easy to operate, measurement stays put while using. Why didnt I buy one sooner?! So far, I have just used the measuring function, but with all the ways to use it, it has gotten my creative juices going! Well worth the price.

> 3 dayThis is my second one. The first one I used my rotary cutter with--dont do that! I cut part of the flat part off so hence, the second one. It is very handy and locks into place so it doesnt move unless you want it to.

> 3 dayNancy Zieman is a 21st century sewing genius! This little gadget is light years beyond the old fashioned Dritz measuring gauge because you can click the slider to lock the measurement into place. I use my 5 in 1 Sliding Gauge all the time, especially on tailoring projects. Its so easy to use and so handy.

> 3 dayThis is a very cool tool. If you have one of the old metal seam gauges this tool youll love as a replacement!

Greater than one weekThis item is very well made and doesnt slide unexpectly up or down so that your measurements get scewed. I had one of the metal ones and it was forever getting accidently moved so that Id get my measuments off sometimes. This works and will be a much appreciated device when accuracy is a must.

> 3 dayUsed this to replace a cheap seam gauge that was problematic and I am so glad I did! This one is sooooo much better. Very strudy and locks in place, making checking seam allowances way faster.
