> 3 dayLooking for brass rods for crafting? My wife uses these brass rods to make tiny little hangers for one of her craft projects. The rods bend easily and can be formed into miniature little hangers that look great. Recommended. Pros: -Flexible: The rods bend easily -Shape: The brass rods keep their shape after bending Cons: -None

> 3 dayI ordered both the 2mm and 1mm rods from this vendor. Both arrived in a plastic tube that separates in about the middle. The rods came unbent and clean. They look well made and I am happy to have these for various uses including pins in wood working projects and armatures for crafts.

> 3 dayThese rods are actually 3/8 inch in diameter. I had also ordered some 1/8 rods which I had already reviewed and it guess Amazon got confused. These brass rods are a perfect 3/8 inch. They appear to be laser cut. They seem pretty bright and putting them in my lathe or drill and polishing with1000 grit they will shine bright. Got this to make a small tool for my engraving and these brass rods are always good stock to have on hand for whatever project may turn up.

> 3 dayI got this to use it as a brass drift for driving bearing races out of wheel hubs. I know that the ends will mushroom eventually and the business end will deform, but this will be easy to reshape as needed. I did a number of hammer strikes via the drift to the anvil on my vice. Even with solid strong hits, the ends did not deform. Seems to be a strong, not mushy brass. Even though this is a bit off label, it works well for my needs.

> 3 dayI was having a hard time finding brass drift punches long enough to knock out a roll pin from an aluminum housing. I found this bar stock on the Vine program and ended up getting it in three different diameters for future applications. Its very nicely machined and comes in a plastic tube to protect the ends.

Greater than one weekTwo brass rods, straight as arrows and within tolerance the entire length. Came in a great slip case to keep them from getting nicked or roughed up in transit. This is nice because these are going to be used for decorative purposes to the cleaner they look to start, the easier the polish will be later.

> 3 dayI got these for my husbands knife making and he said they were perfect. He likes them very much and they look pretty good in his knife handles. He says you cant have enough of them around when making knives.

> 3 dayThe diameter of these brass rods is accurate when measured with a micrometer. Excellent, easily machinable round-stock material for light duty shafts, pins, etc.
