> 3 dayIve had this vacuum for over a year and have been very happy with it for quick clean up. The battery life allows me to vacuum almost my 2400 square foot house. I do have to empty the canister several times as I have a dog and two cats that shed alot. I have all hardwood floors but a few floor rugs that you can switch to high volume, and it does well. The battery has to work harder when using the high volume, so it doesnt last as long but still does a good job. Charges fast. The customer service was great. The roller and suction part quit working (only on the stick part, the handheld worked fine) so I contacted support to see if that part could be replaced. The answered my call first time, took all my information and was told the problem would be sent to their service department. The next week, they returned my call and said they would be sending out a new unit. This was even a few months after their one-year warranty had expired. I received a whole new unit a week later. I am extremely impressed with their service and happy with the vacuum.

08-06-2025I bought this to clean up bird seed from the finches. It works great for that and dog hair too. Not for carpet though, wasnt bought for that anyway. My floors are cement, vinyl, and brick. Gathers the dust and hair without blowing it all off the place. Two settings so dont be fooled by think the lowest is the only one. I like the light because I can see the dog hair on the dark floor as it is cleaned up. Power is sufficient to do what I need to do at one time. I use the handheld to clean the seed out of the bottom of the bird cage. I tape the liners to the bottom so they dont get caught in the suction and vacuum the hulls daily to reduce the spread. I like the stand-up charger, no holes in the wall. It isnt as powerful as a regular vacuum but thats okay, I use it several times a day to pick up dog hair. I think I will enjoy this more than the roomba, I can get under the tables, edges of the couch, windowsills, and spiderwebs. Great tool!!!! UPDATE ON REVIEW: I was excited with the product at first however, problems have developed. One side piece that holds the roller keeps falling out. We are taping it to keep the roller in place. I dont care for the way it has to be pulled apart to be emptied, the pieces need to be aligned (the red piece in the handheld and the handheld piece that contains the trash). If the pieces are not aligned exactly right and the red piece is maladjusted it can be frustrating to get the trash holder secure then it can be difficult to get off. If these are not aligned you will get less suction. When it is time to buy another rechargeable Ill look at these parts of the design before purchase. I may not buy online but go somewhere that I can see how things fit together. Disappointing because I liked the vacuum.

> 3 dayI got the vacuum today and after the first job I am satisfied with my purchase, but of course there are things to consider when purchasing this vacuum. Pros: light weight, the body is flexible against the base, picks up everything on hard wood, the battery life is great for a 3 bed 2 bath house 1200 square foot with charge still left on eco mode, picked up car litter off hard wood flooring, the hand held device did a great job on the couch and with my youngsters booster seat, it was easy to put together, the device was not overly noisy because usually my cat and toddler run from the vacuum and they didnt Cons: to empty the canister you have to go through a filter and another piece. The filter and the other piece are difficult to align sometimes, but it looks easy to clean the filter and everything. And also kinda a con but a pro as well cause it did remove most debris. I have one bigger area rug and I was not able to go forward because it wouldnt roll. But the device did a good job going back ward and me softly dragging it. Overall the pros outweigh the cons and I think its a great vacuum and purchase.

> 3 dayI have had 3 similar units (Anker, Eufy, Dirt Devil) and one Oreck which was much more expensive. None of these last too long (IMO) and 2 years is when most start to have issues. This one is ahead of the pack because replacement parts are available direct at a reasonable price. That is a big plus. The big news is, the suction and brush roller are a vast improvement over other brands and the filter is made of reusable foam, not folded paper at rediculous prices. This picks up what others do not and the headlight is a great feature for seeing what is in the floor clearly. Only time will tell how it holds up but it seems to be much more substantial than similar models from the past by other brand names (awe know that brands are really a marketing gimmick since Chinese made products are all made my government owned facilities, not independent companies. The Anker and Eufy were IDENTICAL). They are really all the same brand with different labels and price points. It doesn’t matter in the end because they are competitively priced products that offer true value and are always being updated. This vacuum is a great deal at $87. I was considering getting the Shark or the Hoover Battery Uprights this time, when I saw this. I’m glad I purchased it. It’s a solid value. And for light pick up after a parrot, just perfect. For big jobs, get a plug in.

> 3 dayDetails Price : I paid $90 on Amazon Prime Day House type : We have hardwood floors on the mainfloor with a few rugs. Upstairs we have carpet. Dirt Level : We have 2 cats and a dog and while we are clean people they shed an impressive amount. Review Packaging: The vacuum comes in a surprisingly nice box and all the components are packaged up nicely. my vacuum came roughly 50% charged from what i could tell from the battery indicators. Usability: While the vacuum is light on attachments (you get just one), it is INCREDIBLY low profile. I was very shocked by the fact that i could run it completely under my king bed and it reaches places my Roomba struggles to get to. The light on the front of the vacuum is a godsend and makes it possible to vacuum without every light in your house on. It also shows you just how much hair and dust can hide in little places you may not be able to get with a larger vacuum. Suction: I think the suction is what i would classify as good enough. Its not going to surprise you by any means, but i never ran across anything it didnt pick up either so i have no complaints on hardwood floors. Its also quite nice for runners and other low pile rugs since it doesnt have so much suction it picks them up off the ground and mangles them. However if you have a thick rug or heavy carpet, i think you would be better off with a more traditional vacuum. Cleaning and Maintenance: I enjoy the fact that the filter is removable and washable. It makes it very easy to maintain. However i will say that emptying the dustbin is a bit more of a pain that i expected. its not hard exactly and once you have done it a few times you will never struggle with it, but if you want your 8 year old to do it you might have to help. I also wish the bin held a little more as if you have a lot of hair in the house you may be forced to empty it 2-3 times in a cleaning. Battery: I was able to clean the entirety of my apartment (1800 sq ft) in one charge with no problems. Unless the battery wears down quickly, i dont think there are any concerns about battery life. Final Thoughts: Im very impressed with this purchase and time will tell how the battery holds up but as for now i love the vacuum and it comes highly recommended.

> 3 dayI Think for light use but not daily this would be fine. I like the LED lights for seeing dust. The battery life seems very adequate for my usage. I think that the emptying and cleaning of debris and filter are easy enough but I have issues with some things such as. The power button after a couple of weeks has become a little less responsive. I feel that it may not be able to last with regular daily usage. Even though it picks up okay some things on tile and area rugs take several swipes to pickup. Just seems to lack the suction power that I would prefer. The roller brush requires a screwdriver to remove and is hard to line back up when putting back in. I plan to return in a few days just because I believe as my everyday sweeper this would not hold up. If it was only for occasional use I think it would be fine plus it is a good price for that. Give it a try it may be for you.

> 3 dayThis vacuum is lightweight enough for an elderly person, with the motor weight and dustbin at the bottom of the wand, rather than at the top. Its compactness and charging station are plusses. Suction is good. There is not a useful tool for stair treads and upholstery, only a narrow edge tool for corners and edges. I inquired if there is an upholstery brush availabie and have not received an answer, which does not bode well for future customer service needs. It is easy to remove the handheld power source/dust bin parts, but reassembly is difficult, as they fit tightly and do not realign easily. I have had it about a month. I would buy it again for the price, but I would also search for an alternative.
