Cover Case Compatible with New Nintendo 2DS XL, Crystal Clear Case Compatible with Nintendo 2DS XL

Love it so far, I was worried it might add too much bulk to my 2ds xl, but its almost unnoticeable. I got the clear version for my white and orange 2ds and it looks great, almost cant tell its there. Super easy to mount too, you just barely put it on and it clicks into place.

I killed my first 2DS XL by not having a sturdy case on it. I’d throw it in my backpack and carry it around with me all the time. I didn’t realize that the 2DS XL can actually bend a little and if it bends it breaks the display. I had to send my device back to Nintendo for repair and lost my puzzle pieces and game data in Mii Plaza (Find Mii was set back to the very beginning) When I got my device back I immediately bought this clear cover case to make it more sturdy. I also bought a hard external case to put it in before throwing it into my backpack. My device is MUCH happier and so am I. I definitely don’t want it to break again and this DEFINITELY helps! If you look at the pictures you can see that it has holes for accessing all the ports, speakers, charge port,etc.

Overall, I really enjoy the case. Its protective and does what its intended to. The only weak points Id say it has is that once on, its pretty difficult to get off, so if you like to switch skins a lot it might make it hard. The second weak point is very specific to where I use my DS, but it still bothers me: sometimes Im in dusty environments and lots of dirt gets trapped between the shell and the DS, which looks gross. Other than those two downsides, a great product!

This doesn’t get in any way of me playing my video games and I feel a little safer knowing I have some sort of protection on it. The best part is that it’s see through, so if you have a design you’d like to flaunt, you’d still be able to

Initially I was giving this case 3 stars because it doesnt work on the top half of the Hylian Shield Edition New 2DS XL. I have since decided to change my rating to 5 stars because the company gave me a 50% refund and I wasnt even looking to get a partial refund. I am still using the bottom half of the case on my Hylian Shield Edition so Im using what I paid for and you cant ask for more than that lol.

Snaps on easily and stays on. It feels decently sturdy, but if you drop your DS it wont offer much protection. I usually toss it into my backpack so I can play during commutes, and its perfect for protecting against scratches and marks. The plastic itself doesnt seem to be the highest quality (I can see some warping if I look at it in the light) and there were a few scratches already on it when I received it, but for $10, its definitely worth the price.

I bought this for my Pokéball New 2DS XL. It fits snug and well, even over the top screen where there is a non functional button. It didn’t add a lot of weight or bulk to the device. Can’t say how well it protects from drops yet (hopefully I won’t drop it!) but it seems sturdy enough should I.

Fits very nicely, and like other reviewers have stated, yes it does fit on the pokeball edition 2ds XL! Very pleased with this purchase and the case eases my worries about putting this in my pocket and going out with it. Really the only downside about this whole thing is that I cant click the pokeball button when the case is on.
