Cover Case Compatible with New Nintendo 2DS XL, Crystal Clear Case Compatible with Nintendo 2DS XL

I am overall satisfied with my purchase, however I wish the case was a little more snug on the bottom half. The top half fits super snug and works great. The bottom however is a little loose, I do not think that it will fall off, or at least I hope not. It still has a little wiggle room however which is not something I want with a case to protect my investment, and all those save files.

I only gave this four stars because I had to buy a second one after the first arrived damaged. It seems to be sturdy and secure, and I’m happy with it.

Good product. Easy installation - one click then it attach to the game. The cover is protecting the game well so far. Only concern is when the cover starts to deform, it might start to loose and cant hold itself. Its made from hard plastic; therefore, crack easily when it drops to hard floor.

I love that it is clear that way I can see the original casing for the new 2DS xl and I can add pictures on the inside. Aside from that, the real reason I got this case is to preserve the Original casing and prevent scratching.

I originally wanted a clear hard case for my 2ds LL instead of a tpu case like I used for my 3ds XL as while those help cushion the system from falls, they also yellow and cloud over time and I wanted something more permanent. After receiving this in the mail, I have completely changed my mind. The top piece is perfectly fine and smooth. Looks great. The back of the bottom piece though, I dont understand how it could be moulded this poorly. Im sure that over time, if placed on the system, it would leave at least light scratching and I wouldnt want to imagine what even the smallest drop would do. Rendering this case completely useless. So either $12 for this case thatll hurt my system more than it protects it or $9 for the tpu one thatll just look a bit weird in 5 years. Ill definitely take the later.

The case fits nicely and looks great. However the Anti-Scratch is not true there were already a few tiny scratches in the case when it arrived. It still will serve the purpose of protecting my sons DS. Thank you

Nice case! Purchased mainly for the bottom, as I have the 3D effect Pikachu face Nintendo 2DSXL. It can fit over the face but bows and may damage Pikachu face over time. Fits nice and snug on the bottom. Crystal clear. Great.

Fits very nicely, and like other reviewers have stated, yes it does fit on the pokeball edition 2ds XL! Very pleased with this purchase and the case eases my worries about putting this in my pocket and going out with it. Really the only downside about this whole thing is that I cant click the pokeball button when the case is on.

Purchased because the DS was for my 6 year old. Even though he’s quite careful with electronics, I got this case ‘just in case’. No issues, and Dad feels better about that portable gaming investment!

I read all the positive reviews for this so I bought it for my new 2DS XL. While it is definitely sturdy and looks nice, mine just doesn’t snap into place or fit my DS correctly. I would post a photo but it’s hard to tell from a picture. The right side of the case (if you’re holding the DS while playing) doesn’t have a “lip” on it to snap over the side, so it just slips around about a millimeter or so. I know this sounds like I’m being picky but I find it extremely irritating and at this point I have just taken the bottom part off and I will be searching for a different case. I love all forms of the DS and I want the best. It’s too bad really.
