Cover Case Compatible with New Nintendo 2DS XL, Crystal Clear Case Compatible with Nintendo 2DS XL

Its not as nice as the one I got for me 3DS XL. Feels a little brittle. Definitely not soft in any sense. I really hope that doesnt mean impacts will transfer from the case to the device like a Newtons Cradle. Eh, its good for the money I guess.

It seems more for keeping scratches off of the ds rather than protecting it if dropped. It is okay for what it is, but definitely looking for something different to protect from drops. My son dropped it and the top plastic piece popped off (we have tile flooring). So of youre looking to protect from scratches then get it, but for younger kids and possibility of drops look for something else.

This product fit super well and by the feel of it, it wouldnt come off on its own. Felt super high quality and durable. Its very easy to apply and take off this snap on, snap off case. It was very clear and reflective and didnt have any color at all. I did however run into a defect while I was checking it over. It was small, not noticeable at first, and didnt affect the quality or use at all.

Okay product for the price.. fits well for my kids 2ds XL.. I placed decals first then the clear case.. looks good!

Probably the worst shell case Ive owned but with no other options for n2dsxl, Im stuck with it. With light handling over less than a week, just sitting at my desk, the case already has scratches and scuffs due to how soft and chintzy the plastic is. Dust and debris can and will sneak in via the sizable gap near the stylus storage/cart flap. The case doesnt fit snugly at all yet somehow its difficult to remove. I have 3ds cases that I still use years after the fact, that are less scratched than this one is already. I cant see this lasting six months.

I originally wanted a clear hard case for my 2ds LL instead of a tpu case like I used for my 3ds XL as while those help cushion the system from falls, they also yellow and cloud over time and I wanted something more permanent. After receiving this in the mail, I have completely changed my mind. The top piece is perfectly fine and smooth. Looks great. The back of the bottom piece though, I dont understand how it could be moulded this poorly. Im sure that over time, if placed on the system, it would leave at least light scratching and I wouldnt want to imagine what even the smallest drop would do. Rendering this case completely useless. So either $12 for this case thatll hurt my system more than it protects it or $9 for the tpu one thatll just look a bit weird in 5 years. Ill definitely take the later.

I give this 4 stars because it doesn’t snap on as tight as I thought it would but it’s not coming off. Covers the most scratch prone areas and isn’t loose like the silicone ones.

Durable, sturdy, easy to remove

This case just arrived today, the box it came in was a little damaged but nothing out of the ordinary. I must say it contours the 2ds xl perfectly and in my perspective it gives the 2ds xl more grip. First day impression is great. I do not no how well it will hold up due to it being the first day. My only negative is that its not really hard it does have a little give but I think its made like that so you can actually put it on.

After I installed, I notice some wiggle room on the right side of my 2ds xl case.Each time I hold my device the bottom piece case feels like it wants to release so I have to snap it back in to place when I play or unfold. Kinda annoying. Anyone else have the same problem?
