> 3 dayI have tried to find some tips I may be missing on the use of this bed but nothing I have found has been all that helpful. On one side you have the textured surface that seems impossible to properly clean residue from and the other a smooth tempered glass side that while you can use a razor scraper on, will readily crater if you pull the print off in too sharp of an angle. I am using PLA and PLA+, so it may work better with ABS. I just know I am not seeing the reality of the hype for the tempered glass bed at the moment.

> 3 dayGreat for high temp prints like ABS. Not good for PLA without glue, Could not get PLA prints to stick to this glass bed without help. Now I use blue painters tape on the glass where I need my PLA print to stay in place. Not as easy to remove prints as the magnetic mat was but should last much longer!

> 3 dayPrints adhere much better to the glass bed - Remember to re-adjust your stopper one upgrading the bed, or else youll destroy your nozzle, and possible the bed!

> 3 dayThe original magnetic base was easily damaged at ABS print temps. The glass replacement has no problems.

> 3 dayNot user error, after tons of tries I just swapped the original (scratched but otherwise okay) bed in and boom, prints stick. This might as well be coated in Teflon. Absurdly frustrating.

> 3 dayThis is probably the best upgrade Ive made for my ender 3 besides springs. It made my printing and bed leveling soooooo much better. The magnetic bed is OK but since some enders are prone to have a dip in the heating bed. My leveling was always a little off. But since putting on this bed. It has been working amazing. I Dont have adhesion issues anymore either. Ive been printing TPU without that many hitches at all. Once my slicer settings were dialed in. They print great best purchase Ive made for my ender 3 so far.

02-06-2025This thing is so nice, they should ship with the printer. It took about 10 minutes to install and I was off and running. The prints stick when its warm and once it cools off the print just comes right off with no fuss. It makes loveling the bed very easy. Pro tip... Adjust the limit switch and put a piece of tape on the glass bed where the printer head travels to autohome. I almost put a big scratch in mine because the nozzle dragged along the top of the bed.

> 3 dayI’ve been getting PERFECT first layers using this print bed. HIGHLY recommend! And I recommend using 65 degree Celsius for printing, DO NOT remove your print from the bed until it cools down to 35 degrees.

Greater than one weekHad problems with adhesion but everything else seems great. May need to mess with heat. Thicker bed may mean I need to increase bed heat

Greater than one weekIt is not sticky at all -- I tried level the bed for 10ish time and tried multiple bed temperature. It doesnt come with even super cheap metal clips, so you have to buy them yourself. When you put metal clips on, the glass bed is not flat anymore --- actually the glass bed itself is not flat anymore once you put it on.
