Ho sostituito il mio vecchio hd (meccanico) con questo facendo un clone del vecchio con un programma gratuito e è andato tutto a buon fine, funziona bene e le prestazioni sono buone, anche il pc anche se un po datato ha migliorato in prestazione.

Possedevo già un SSD Crucial, quindi con questo sono andato sul sicuro. Lho preso per rianimare un vecchio portatile di un mio amico ed è rimasto contentissimo dellincremento di prestazioni avuto: ora, a quanto mi dice, il computer è diventato più veloce di quando era nuovo. Senza dubbio un ottimo affare.

The software Crucial uses, Acronis True Image, did not recognize the installed Crucial MX500, even though it is their go to program, and even though the SSD had been initialized (visible as Disk 1 to the Computer Management/Disk Management console in Windows 10). Frustrated, I used the support chat for help. The chat person had me download a program named Acronis TrueImageMicron_workaround.exe to fix the problem - the first red flag. The instructions devolved from there and led me to write this review. The end result: I had to figure it out for myself. I have a technical background to help me. What about the customers who dont? I cant image their frustration compared to my own. In contrast, my experience installing a Western Digital SSD was seamless. I cannot recommend a Crucial SSD.

Great replacement for old hard drive. Fast!

Replaced hard drive in laptop and greatly improved it. Start up is much faster and programs start quicker as well.

This drive came with no software in a simple anti static anti shock container. It was easy to install and the cloning software (available free from Crucials website) was easy to use and worked perfectly for cloning my boot drive to the SSD. It even allows you to exclude data from the clone so that you dont have to worry about moving stuff off your larger drive first.

Avevo bisogno di un nuovo SSD per il laptop di mio zio che montava ancora un HDD da 500 GB e impiegava diverso tempo ad eseguire il boot e caricare sistema operativo e altri applicativi. Il pacco è arrivato in ottime condizioni e nei tempi stabiliti, non ho avuto alcun problema ad installarlo ed è stato perfettamente compatibile con lAcer Aspire 7250G di mio zio. Spero che i 500 GB siano sufficienti e che mantenga delle prestazioni soddisfacenti nel corso del tempo senza che vi siano rallentamenti durante lutilizzo comè accaduto con il disco rigido precedente.
