Planning to buy another one for my my Imac,

Installed without issue in my desktop tower. Also purchased the adaptor and cable, and Acronis cloned old drive perfectly. For the price of the SSD, though, I figure they should at least include the USB-SATA cable. No biggie, this drive screams compared to the HDD it replaced. Glad to see prices are starting to go down - will be back for a couple more later.

Such a relief from this. The boot time of the operating system as well as application launch times have changed significantly. Installation is quite easy. Crucial has instructions on how to install the internal ssd. I am very impressed with the drive read write speeds. Thank you amazon for quick delivery.

Je lai acheté pour remplacer le HDD de mon ordinateur portable qui à mon goût était trop lent mais jai bien fait de passer au SSD de 2To. Facile à installer, une fois en place mon ordinateur revis sa jeunesse, il démarre au quart de tours. CRUSIAL est une marque plutôt fiable. Je recommande.

I have over 20 of these installed that work perfectly. Other than Samsung drives, these are the only brand of SSDs I trust. The preinstalled SSD drives in most HP laptops/desktops do not compare, and they are the only drives that have failed within a years time. The Crucials have been going strong for 1, 2 and 3 years now. Also, if you dont want to clone with the Acronis software, Macrium Reflect has a free edition that will do the job and now can be registered for corporate use in addition to home use. After years of using Acronis, I have switched over to Macrium Reflect at the office.

Very awesome SSD, but came with the wrong packaging. Wanted the original box, not an envelope. Otherwise, this is definitely a great buy.

I just love this SSD. I bought the 2TB and I used a cloner to transfer the data from my old standard slow hard drive and it took over 6 hours to do this and it was worth the wait. When it was done I plugged in the SSD into the same cables and booted up my desktop and wow super fast boot up and super fast everything. It takes less than 10 seconds from power on to my desktop and everything is ready. I will never go back to the old style hard drives again SSD is my new choice for a hard drive and if you buy yourself one you will see what I’m talking about.
