Bought a few of these to stick in various builds and laptops. Very fast SSDs that have given me no trouble. Both Linux and Windows install absolutely fine. I/O speeds are great. I have used Crucials RAM for a long time and thats been very good too. These guys seem to know what theyre doing.

Perhaps my fault, but i didnt recall seeing any instructions to download their software and my past SSDs came with a disk. I wasted a lot of time trying other software before finding the download link for their software. After that things went well.

I am not sure about the HDD itself but the software that I came with it is horrible (Acronis True Image), and it made me lose a lot of time. Buy it if you will but dont install the software, it does not clone the hdd, schedules backup that freezes your computer by using 99% of the CPU (I have a i7, that shouldnt happen), and you may not able to uninstall it, by normal means (they must be aware of this issue and so have instructions to manually uninstall it, which also did not work for me!)

Bought a Samsung and couldnt clone windows. Tried the Samsung on a Xbox 1 and it failed. Tried one of these and it worked perfectly, first clone. Bought another one for Xbox 1 , perfect. Bought number three for new PC, perfect. This is my new favorite ssd.

Great for the money, drastic improvement from the hdd that I had on before that!

A good light weight instrument. No need to be engineer to install it. Just replace it and install OS.
