Greater than one weekCHARGE UP THE VETTE, AT LEAST, ONCE A MONTH!! DUE TO THE WALL SOCKET LOCATION IN MY GARAGE, DRAPING POWER CORDS ALL OVER JUST TO USE MY CTEK CHARGING UNIT MADE THE FLOOR UNSAFE FOR ME TO WALK AROUND ITEMS ALREADY PLACED ON THE FLOOR. I PURCHASED TWO OF THESE CORDS AND WAS ABLE TO SAFELY LOCATE THE CHARGING UNIT AND CORDS SO THAT WHEN I CHARGE BIG RED, ITS SAFE FOR ME TO MOVE ABOUT IN MY GARAGE. THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT AND AT A GREAT PRICE.

> 3 dayCtek battery maintainers are a must have if you store a summer ride. The extension plug allows flexibility in where you place the unit. Most people that I know that use one do not want to store the unit on the car in case it were to malfunction and heat up. The extension cord is built with the same standard for quality.

Greater than one weekgreat to run thru front grill (cover the end) so no hood release operation.

Greater than one weekThe connectors work well, just wish it would have had the specs in the listing. It is only 16AWG and can support 10A Max. I was planning on splicing it into my 12AWG, 50A system, but cant now.

> 3 dayWhy would CTEK allow the extension to be made from such low grade wire? This component demeans the CTEK line-for the sake of pennies. Imagine the behavior of cheap line in cold temps.

> 3 dayEasy hook up to permanent battery contact. Just snap in place at both ends.

> 3 dayThis extension enables me to charge my battery and safely run the cord away from foot traffic.

> 3 dayCable is good but could use a cable jacket over the wires. Im using it outdoors in the New England winter. What I ended up doing is making a Jacket out of irrigation tubing to protect it from the elements.
