The recepion range from the transmitter is impressive. My ONLY issue was instructions on programming a 2nd receiver were not clear. However, a 5 minute call to Dakota got me the info I needed. Very simple! The selection of tones is fun.

I am most amazed and satisfied with both the product and services. I have used mine for over10 ys flawlessly. service and feed back , or clarifying any usage issue with this company is a breeze. strongly recommend.

This is my second Dakota alert the first one was the type you bury along the side of the drive. It was excellent and worked for years. I think lighting knocked it out. This one is the beam type and it works when it wants to. Sometimes it works perfect then it will take a break for a day or two. I would give it three stars one star for easy to install the other two for the way it works.

I have them around my property and I know when anybody comes on my property with my security cameras that I can see him when they alert me and I can scare them off with loud sirens. This is what you gotta do when you live in Washington state

Received the product yesterday! Set up was super easy and instructions were very clear. So far very happy.

Detects motion of people or cars in driveway, as presented by seller.

Bought an extra receiver for an out building. Works as designed. Its nice to know when a vehicle has entered the driveway.

Easy install and setup, I used pvc to run the prob wire mainly because if replacement is needed, re-digging the trench isn’t necessary . Pairing up was easy and the system has been working well. The two receivers are loud enough to cover the downstairs and most of the upstairs. The C123A batteries (3 included) have a shelf life of 7-10 years, don’t know the actual longevity. The transmitter is about 200 yards away and is transmitted through brick and stucco walls to the receivers with no issues. This system replaced a hardwired unit that was Installed 20 years ago. Haven’t had any t-storms since installation so no complaints on false alarms. Wish it had an app to advise on activation
