I ordered this projector so we could do movie nights in our neighborhood and let the kids enjoy some time together. My son and I set it up immediately to test it out in the space we are going to use. We were impressed by the clarity and definition. We easily hooked up a soundbar as the space was big and needed a little extra sound than what the speaker provided but the internal speaker was very good also. We are excited to have our first movie night for the kids in the next month.

More lies and deceptive marketing. This monitor ONLY displays 720p when casting from my MacBook. The ONLY resolution available is 1280x720 which means this projector is not putting out 1920x1080 full HD like advertised while casting. Plugged directly into computer and it works at 1080p There is no way to view resolution output directly on the projector. Gee I wonder why that is? This will be getting returned. All these reviews are likely fake or paid reviews (advertisment) in the form of fake YouTube reviewers I will say, there is no edge blur and the image is good. Not bright, also the L is not lumens, its just some fake number these companies use. Probably not even 100 actual lumens. I would have rated higher but as soon as I realized they are being deceptive on purpose about full hd native resolution and not working with any Android device except Samsung (words directly from company rep) they now get no stars.

I have been wanting to buy my first projector for some time now and purchased this one. I was very surprised at how easy it was to set up for immediate use. The quality of the picture was very clear and colorful. It hooked up to my sons Xbox and my laptop as well to play games and watch movies with no problems. You can adjust the picture with a simple turn of the dial.

Ive now been using this projector in my living room as my main television for more than 1 year. I primarily watch it using my Roku Streaming Stick, but occasionally use the screen cast feature on my android smartphone. On average, I probably watch TV around 15-21 hours per week, and it seems to have held up very well. I have it mounted on the ceiling in my living room above the coffee table at a distance that yields around a 120 screen. Recently, some faint lines started showing up on the projected image after its been used for around 30 minutes or so. Aside from the faint lines, I have to say that this projector held up pretty, considering the abusing Ive put it through, having watched it consistently for at least 1200-1400 hours in the last 54 weeks or so. (If it werent for the lines showing up, Id have given it 5 stars). The brightness is strong enough for me to watch during the day, although its obviously a little washed out in the brightest light of the sun. The audio quality is okay - its loud enough for indoor use, such that I cant turn the volume past 20-50, depending on the source medium, but outdoors, its not very good. I tried watching this outside in my mothers backyard last summer and we couldnt hear anything clearly. You have options with soundbars or HDMI audio splitters that can redirect the audio to external devices, but that might be a bit too much effort/cost just to watch a movie outdoors and hear it clearly, depending on your circumstances. Overall, its a good product, a great starter / budget-friendly projector, and excellent for an affordable home theater.

This is my second DB power projector. Although my first one was an older and cheaper model, it worked great for what I wanted to use it for which is backyard movies. This one has more lumens than my first one and has a sharper picture. I still feel like its best used in dark rooms or if you dont have a lot of lighting outside at night. It takes a while for the remote to function properly. I was holding buttons down for a long time. Other than that, Im pleased with the product and the backpack to carry it on trips is nice too!

Were using the projector for backyard movies and video games. We were using a small battery powered projector that was OK but it had to be very dark in order to get a nice picture. We purchased this projector because of the excellent lumens specification. It’s a huge difference since we can start using the projector much earlier in the evening which we really enjoy. We now have an awesome picture on our 100” screen that I’m sure we will get a lot of use out of.

It was great, bright, affordable, and good audio. We really liked it as a daily use TV replacement. But within 60 days we noticed the left side started to look yellow. As the weeks went on it got darker and more noticeable. Now it looks like a urine stain on the wall whenever we turn it on. The last projector we got from DB did this too, maybe something to do with the bulb? Maybe we run it too long? But either way it’s too noticeable to use now. If you want this for occasional use then this will last you a long time but for daily use its going to wear out on you in less than a year.

All I can say is WOW! I got this mainly for outdoor use and watching movies with the family in the backyard in summer. This is a perfect projector that meets all the needs I had. I wanted something that could stream content to wirelessly without having to bring out a computer or other source. It does both iOS cast and Miracast. I successfully streamed movies from an iPhone12 using Plex and also from a Windows 10 PC using screen projection wirelessly. Both worked great. The iOS Cast was a little jittery from time to time but it seemed to only occur if I was using the iPhone at the same time so it seemed to be related to the iPhone and not the projector. From Miracast it was flawless. Taking this outside I was utterly surprised at how good the picture looked projecting onto a beige stucco wall. All the attached pictures are on the exterior of our house without a screen! I thought I would definitely need to get a screen setup but I may not even have to with this projector when used outdoors. I am sure it will look even better with one though. I also had to adjust the image a little bit to get it to fit just right on the wall between 2 windows and this projector had built in digital keystone and zoom features that made it easy, as well as an adjustable focus lens. Also, the built in audio was amazing. I did not expect to even use it, but I couldnt believe how loud it gets. It will actually work great for outdoor use and eliminates the need to stream the audio to another device. Pros: -Very good price -Very bright and looks great without a screen -Lots of adjustments: Manual keystone (attached image shows keystone adjustment), ceiling/floor mount, focusing lens, digital zoom. -Great sound -remote is easy to use -Casting wirelessly is very easy to setup (both iOS and Miracast) -USB ports on back for powering a Fire Stick or TiVo Strick -HDMI inputs -Sturdy and well built -Comes with A/V cables Cons -Did not come with batteries for the remote -Fan noise seemed a bit loud at first but once a movie was on and the volume was up, it was not a distraction at all

I use this projector on a daily basis on a 200 inch screen. Comes out with crystal clear video and looks great. However if you plan to use the iOS cast or google casting make sure you have a fast Wi-Fi. Not the projectors fault at all, just something you should take into consideration.

This projector is amazing for the price. We used this for a movie theater in our basement and it is perfect for this purpose. While you can see it clearly in the light it is not the brightest projector out there and is definitely better in low lighting. The sound from the speaker is adequate but not stellar. If you are looking for theater sound I would recommend getting a sound system to go with it. If you are just enjoying family movie nights I would say the speaker would be fine. The clarity is excellent and the keystone correction is very easy. As O ceiling mounted the projector it was great to have the inverted view option as well. Overall I would highly recommend this projector and it is a phenomenal value for the price.
