> 3 dayThe picture quality is excellent. I use a firestick plugged into it since its already set up. Sound is loud and clear from the projector, but a multi speaker setup might be nice also. The brightness ok ok indoors during the day, however you would have to close the blinds to avoid direct light. This is a good projector though.

> 3 dayThis projector has an amazing picture and great sound! I highly recommend it. However, until I purchased a good HDMI adapter cable, the picture was split and had a green tint. If you plan to connect this to an Apple device, I recommend purchasing a “USB-C to HDMI” cable—Platinum brand worked for me.

> 3 dayIve now been using this projector in my living room as my main television for more than 1 year. I primarily watch it using my Roku Streaming Stick, but occasionally use the screen cast feature on my android smartphone. On average, I probably watch TV around 15-21 hours per week, and it seems to have held up very well. I have it mounted on the ceiling in my living room above the coffee table at a distance that yields around a 120 screen. Recently, some faint lines started showing up on the projected image after its been used for around 30 minutes or so. Aside from the faint lines, I have to say that this projector held up pretty, considering the abusing Ive put it through, having watched it consistently for at least 1200-1400 hours in the last 54 weeks or so. (If it werent for the lines showing up, Id have given it 5 stars). The brightness is strong enough for me to watch during the day, although its obviously a little washed out in the brightest light of the sun. The audio quality is okay - its loud enough for indoor use, such that I cant turn the volume past 20-50, depending on the source medium, but outdoors, its not very good. I tried watching this outside in my mothers backyard last summer and we couldnt hear anything clearly. You have options with soundbars or HDMI audio splitters that can redirect the audio to external devices, but that might be a bit too much effort/cost just to watch a movie outdoors and hear it clearly, depending on your circumstances. Overall, its a good product, a great starter / budget-friendly projector, and excellent for an affordable home theater.

Greater than one weekIts great at night. During the day you need very dark to get good quality but you can still see crystal clear images with this with a lamp on ... Super durable sound excellent. I do recommend getting a speaker system or something to make it more effective for surround sound. But the picture quality is off the charts good even on a white background. You dont need any screens its perfect and lots of sizing and adjust ment features. The best is the easy turn lense focus where you focus the machine like you would a pro camera on manual. You rotate the black covering from a side spot next to the lense super easy. The only thing unless the sun is Down down its hard to see the picture you need it dark. Thats my only draw back no TV during the day

Greater than one weekUPDATE- The company reached out to me and sent me a new one, so I decided to review it fairly. I believe I received a defective unit, so I highly recommend everyone who purchases this item to test it properly, because a working one of these is great: *** Upon opening the projector, you’re greeted by a very cute small backpack that opens all the way to reveal the projector and a few cables - hdmi, AV (I think), and the power cord. You also have a manual and a remote. The projector itself comes with a lens cap, and is absolutely amazing. You’re greeted with the home screen, which gives you access to each input, and the settings. I connected a Chromecast to this, but the screen share on it is amazing and reliable. I’m able to connect my phone within just a few seconds. The quality is definitely 1080p, and the focus is super easy. However, the part that stands out to me the most is keystone. I can put my projector anywhere in my room and keystone it so that it looks straight. This feature makes it so worth it, because it maintains the quality really well. In terms of brightness, the projector is pretty bright. At nighttime you might have to turn the brightness down, and you can see the screen in a light daylight, I’d definitely not recommend trying it in direct sunlight though. I watched a 3 hour movie and a few episodes of a show today, and it was great. No burning, no overheating, nothing. Only time will tell if it survives, but customer service is great to contact if you need any help or notice anything strange. The only thing I wish it had was Bluetooth, which can be solved with a Bluetooth adapter that plugs into the unit’s USB port. Regardless, for the price, this is definitely the best and simplest projector you can buy if you’re hosting a party outdoors, indoors, or just need something quick and easy. —old review below— I received this projector this afternoon and was so pleasantly surprised when opening it. It arrived in a whole backpack! I was stunned. I began removing the accessories, setting everything up, and turned it on. It was beautiful, especially the keystone correction was amazing. Then comes nighttime. I turned it back on with my friends to watch my first movie on it. In the middle of the movie, my friend closest to the projector said he smelled something funny. We all looked over at the projector to see it smoking from the vents. The screen began turning brown, so we quickly unplugged the projector and put it on the floor so it doesn’t burn our table What started as such an amazing purchase turned into a disaster, in only a few hours. Looking at the other reviews I see similar things have happened after months of usage, but I also see so much positivity. Are these just defective units? I can’t imagine something that looked so promising can spontaneously combust. Now the projector shows brown all over the image, and I won’t keep it on for more than 2 minutes or else it heats up quickly. I really wish this worked for me.

07-04-2025Like the picture quality and brightness. Cant predefine which input the unit powers up with... defaults to a home screen, then you have to select the input (hdmi 1 or hdmi 2 etc.) with the remote. So far its been a great upgrade over the Epson 705 that it replaces. Time will tell if it lasts and is reliable.

> 3 dayI ordered this projector so we could do movie nights in our neighborhood and let the kids enjoy some time together. My son and I set it up immediately to test it out in the space we are going to use. We were impressed by the clarity and definition. We easily hooked up a soundbar as the space was big and needed a little extra sound than what the speaker provided but the internal speaker was very good also. We are excited to have our first movie night for the kids in the next month.

> 3 dayAs far as picture and built in speakers go this projector is great and is a big upgrade from my $1000 Optoma EH500 projector. I was also pleasantly surprised that the sound has an equalizer. However, i received an open box which wasnt even properly repackaged for resale. The box and protective foam were reaped and remote along with lens cover where just loose at the bottom of the bag. Also the remote already had batteries in it. With that being said, the projectors fan is extremely loud and has a buzzing sound with a screeching undertone to it, and because i received an open box i cant even tell if its supposed to be like that or someone previously returned the device because of a faulty fan. So unfortunately i will be returning it and trying a different product. Hope the seller takes note.

> 3 dayI ordered this projector not really knowing what to expect. I havent owned a projector since college (10+ years ago :( ) and thought it would be a nice addition/motivator for my basement renovation project. I figured, ~200 bucks, why not (I think I paid over $1000 back in college). Man have things come a long way since then! The projector was delivered on time and packaged well which are two important factors in online ecommerce. This unit comes packaged with a remote, HDMI cable, and an AV cable. Immediately, I was impressed with form factor and ease of use. The image quality was significantly better than my old 720p projector. TWO HDMI inputs and the ability to cast from both iOS and Android make this unit extremely easy to use (my old projector had VGA so I needed an adapter to plug any HDMI source, what a pain.... but were in the 21st century now so alright, this is probably standard). But it was really easy to get going. All in all, Im really impressed with this little guy. Small enough that I can easily disconnect and take to my friends house without much hassle. Easy enough to quickly connect to an assortment of content via casting or a firestick. Huge bang for your buck IMO. Glad I chose this one.
